βI had to take our dog in last minute to be put to sleep as he was very old and unwell. We were looked after by Roy, who was incredibly patient, calm, and compassionate throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made an extremely difficult moment feel a little more bearable. We couldnβt have asked for a better vet during such a heartbreaking time. To make it even more special, a card arrived in the post today with our dogβs paw print on it β such a thoughtful and touching gesture that meant so much to us. Thank you to Roy and the whole team for your kindness and care.β
βFriendly staff and are very welcoming. Some people say three rivers vets is expensive... but in my opinion there isn't much difference to other places. I would highly recommendβ

βOutstanding veterinary practise. Every single member of staff I have come into contact with have been so kind, helpful and empathetic. Not once have I ever felt rushed during an appointment, in fact I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to make sure both my dog Jess and myself have been as comfortable as possible during a very worrying time. My sister recommended this practise to me, and she was absolutely right, they are fantastic. Also, I was quoted for an operation on my dog, (which I thought was very reasonable) and then after the operation I received the final bill and it actually came to less than the estimation by about Β£100 so that was a nice surprise!β
βI've been taking my dog here for a year. Staff are lovely. Everything is efficient. I'd highly recommend themβ
βWe sadly lost our beloved cat last night, but Dr Martin was simply incredible throughout the whole ordeal. His empathy, compassion, patience and kindness made a very heartbreaking and difficult time that little bit easier. Thank you. β€οΈβ
βEveryone is very friendly and professional going the extra mile to make my two dogs (and me!) welcome. Parking is very easy and plentiful. I thoroughly recommend Uplands Way Veterinary Clinic at Bressingham.β
βOn Monday I had my handsome boxer put to sleep. One of the worst decisions I have ever had to make. The staff and vet were amazing. They showed so much compassion and empathy. The procedure was done with utter dignity and respect to us and our boy Stan. Thankyou so much for making a terrible and devastating situation bearable with your kindness xβ
βGreat vets down on holiday and had to take my dogs on two separate days . They are so helpful to give us appointment on the day . We saw a different vet on each visit they were very good and informative, all the staff are lovely and helpful. I highly recommended you try them out they helped us in our time of need when away on hoilyday.β
βA very kind practice with supportive staff. I found an injured rabbit by Dip Farm car park and Coastline asked me to bring it to them for treatment. The rabbit couldn't be saved as it appeared to have two broken legs, however, they were very quick to end its suffering. Thank youfor all your help.β
βWe can not recommend them enough. Unfortunately we only used them on two occasions with our old cat, sadly our second visit was to say goodbye to him peacefully after a very short illness. The vet and the whole team are extremely caring and sensitive everything was explained to us and we were given all the time we need before and after so never felt rushed.Β When my husband said he would go out to settle up we were told not to worry about that now and to call up during the week to pay, when we did we were shocked and pleasantly surprised at the bill as everything at our previous vet was exorbitant we were expecting to pay far more than the bill was.Β We will always recommend Knotts Yard vet to anyone looking for a good vet.β
βAll the vets and nurses we have seen at this practice have been exemplary in care, attitude, knowledge, and in the end supporting us make one of the hardest decisions in our lives. A huge thank you to all, we cannot thank you enough, or recommend you more highlyβ
βCaring people who go above and beyond. If you have their pet club, they work out much cheaper than a lot of other vets.β
βFrom the initial phone call right through to my big boys operation they were outstanding I couldn't thank them as much its vets like these they take the worry and stress awayβ
βThis is not my usual local Vets, we are registered at the Gorleston branch. I will be making two reviews for each branch. Quick overview, My local Gorleston-on-Sea branch had no appointments to see my cat with blood coming from mouth for a week, so they asked if I could go to the lowestoft branch the next day at 5.40, I agreed as I was worried about my cat. The appointment was made by the Gorleston branch on the phone by the triage nurse. Arrived at lowestoft branch to be told no appointment had been made by Gorleston it didn't surprise me though going on how bad the Gorleston branch is now. But the lowestoft branch, the lady on reception with purple ish hair was more than helpful and went out of her way to help us since we travelled there. She called the Gorleston branch, no help from then anyways, but the lady asked the vet nurse to take a look at our cat as the vet was fully booked. The nurse checked our cats mouth and found just an ulcer which was healing well and didn't really need another appointment with the vet, she was really helpful and took time to help us and put our mind at rest. Common sense here for a change from a vets, just how it was years ago before it ended up just for profit. Thanks for the lowestoft staff for their help and they didn't even charge us. I would of been happy to pay.β
βOur Lurcher Milo is incredibly anxious when at the vets , making it highly stressful for him even to get onto the scales and walk into consulting room however today Vet mr Shahram with his very slow calm gentle approach managed to to do all sorts of tests including a blood test , temp and prostate check with minimal resistance from Milo . Very impressedβ
βI have been with this practice now for a year and a half, and I couldn't wish for a kinder, more compassionate vet as Alex is. When I sadly had to have my cat put down, Alex was very gentle and so kind and she passed away peacefully. Alex continues to provide care to my other elderly cat, and I wouldn't dream of taking her anywhere else.β
βI have been taking my dogs to The Small Animal Clinic for about 6 months. Initially I was just taking my young Jack Russell and I have more recently started taking my 9 year old Labrador for swimming for fitness. Natalie is incredibly patient and calm and clearly loves my dogs. My Jack Russell can be a bit nervous and scared around water, it has been wonderful to see how happy she is to go into the treadmill with Natalie and she is always so pleased to see her. My Labrador very quickly decided that she was one of the few people that he loves to be around. What a fantastic set up and it is so lovely to see how much Natalie cares about each dog and she has a phenomenal amount of knowledge and understanding about what each dog needs. I can highly recommendβ

βI wanted to say "Thankyou" to the team at Toll Barn Vets today for delivering so sensitively and professionally some very bad news. The lovely vet took the time to seek a second opinion and explain the issue and options in a detailed and informative manner which really helped me understand and come to terms with it. I really appreciate it all.β
βOur 6 month old Labrador Rudy had an accident and managed to cut his paw quite deep and being on holiday we needed to see a vet as soon as possible, one visit as an emergency appointment and then a quick surgery to have stitches on both occasions everyone that looked after him were so helpful and caring less than a week after heβs healing nicely wish that all vets were this goodβ
βThank you to Gerard, who took the time and patience in completing my dogβs animal health certificate, despite many services not really knowing how to complete a Norwegian oneβ¦ . We made it to Oslo!β
