“Rogan Josh was to die for! Went here for date night as tried every other Indian restaurant and takeaway in the Nottingham area and this place beats them all. We was greeted at the door and shown to a table where we was served with popadoms whilst we waited for our food. The service was AMAZING and felt like the most welcome atmosphere in Nottingham. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE as it’s authentic food where as a lot of other places are fake googled recipe and use food colouring.”

“Amazing Chinese for us vegetarians! The beancurd options are lovely, especially the salt and pepper beancurd (Tofu). Its very clean and non greasy which is also great instead of egg fried rice covered in Soy Sauce, which can be hit and miss. Highly recommended for the Eastwood/Kimberly areas!”

“We were dropping our son to the University of Nottingham end of September and stumbled upon Compà in Beeston on our first night of arrival. It was our son’s suggestion and we decided to check it out! I am so glad we did! The food was delicious and it was like visiting a family - cosy, warm ambiance and pretty lights inside that made it feel festive and special on a week night. We were pretty tired after flying from US to London, than taking a train to Nottingham the next morning so it was especially nice to sit down and take time to enjoy this place, yummy food while we planned next few days. We stroke a conversation with the owner who turned out to be such a wonderful kind person and it made us feel even more comfortable and welcome. It was a lovely experience and a warm welcome. Would highly recommend! Moments like this make sweet memories and have special place in my heart. Grateful for discovering this restaurant and meeting Angela. Many thanks!”

Ziggy served me and he clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the attention to detail and quality of the food they create. From the perfectly cooked eggs to the crispy bacon and delicious sausages every bite was a true delight. But it wasn't just the food that made this breakfast special - Ziggy's warm and welcoming personality added an extra touch of charm to the experience. They clearly love what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with customers. Overall, I would highly recommend Lounge bar to anyone looking for a top-notch meal and a friendly atmosphere. “There are loads of cob shops in Hucknall, I found this one as they open Sundays and I was in need of a breakfast cob rather than McDs Breakfast. I was so impressed with the taste of this cob I will now be using them from this day forward, the staff were also veru friendly. They are further out than other cob shops from me but it is worth make the slightly extra trip. highly recommended.”
