“Did a gait analysis today to buy some trainers for knee pain when walking and was very impressed. The lady that conducted it was very knowledgeable and kind. First I was given a pair of 'neutral' trainers to wear and asked to roll up my jeans so that the camera could see my ankles. Then I was asked to get on the treadmill, turn it on and increase the speed until I was at a slow jog. After I'd jogged for about 30 seconds I was told to stop it and was then shown the resulting video which showed that my gait was definitely overpronated. I was then asked to choose a show from the stability range and the lady quickly went round the back and got my size. We repeated the exercise and you could see this time that my calves were much better aligned. The whole thing only took 15 minutes and I was incredibly impressed with how smooth and efficient it all was.”

Sometimes easier to find it online on their website. Find their stores are so packed with stuff that's its hard to find what you're looking for.”

“Terrell, Summer, Rajan and Kevin were in this amazing shoe shop in Reading called JD and I have to say, what a very cool group of young folk, very diplomatic, informative, friendly and helpful. The music was on beat, Terrell is a manager like no other, cool authority, attentative plus polite and discerning. The experience was bespoke, classy and left me and my singer friend Jordan with a feeling of not wanting to leave the shop. Well done to the manager and his team.”

The shop manager immediately offered a refund or a replacement as she agreed there should be no quality issues so soon after the purchase. “Store is much neat and tidier compared to my past visits to this store and the staff are also much friendlier and helpful than in the past. They approach you almost as soon as you walk in to certain section of the store, especially the footwear; where staff asked if I need help before I had to chase someone, which is what I had to do in the past. The store is much smaller than the Bracknell one, but has wide variety of shoes, clothing and other accessories. I'd highly recommend this store for sports wear and also for casual clothing as well.”
