“My local curry restaurant. I highly recommend that you try this place if you like curry and you live in the reading area. Quite possibly the only reason to come to burghfield unless you live here or you've got lost looking for somewhere else. The onion bhajis are excellent to start. The mixed grill main course is a family favourite and I'm slowly working my way through their other dishes - so far, all good. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent.”

“I stopped in for a light dinner and was not disappointed. Service was on point throughout the meal. The pork cheeks were delightfully tender and the sauce plate-scrapingly good. I added the sticky rice to round out the dish, and this proved to be the perfect accompaniment. The dessert, although tasty, was not what I expected when I ordered a Salted Caramel Soufflé as it was not a soufflé but rather an ice cream sandwich type thing. They should change the description to be more apropos and not disappoint anyone who is waiting for a warm soufflé. (My absolute favourite dessert.)”

“I've been a regular at Laz Tadim for over 5 years now. If you're local, you probably already know how good they are, but if you're new, keep reading. Laz Tadim is not your average UK kebab shop. The place is spacious, bright, and always spotless with friendly staff. You can really see how efficient and popular they are, especially during peak hours. On quieter days, you might even get to chat with the owner or others serving you. I’ve genuinely never seen such high quality packaging from any takeaway in my 18 years in the UK. They pay attention to the little things, and it shows. We usually go for the chicken shish, which comes with freshly baked bread and fresh salad. The freshness and quality are always spot on. Portions are very good, and everything tastes clean and well prepared. I haven’t had steaming hot bread with grilled meat like this anywhere else in the UK. We also enjoy their doners and grilled chicken wings now and then. I’ve tried their fish and chips a few times when ordering just for myself, and it's excellent too. And if you're into sauces, definitely try the Turkish Ezme. It’s a homemade sweet and spicy tomato and herb mix that my wife absolutely loves. Pro tip: order directly through their website for collection. It's quick, easy, and they often throw in a little something extra, which is always a nice surprise.”

Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean. My all time favorite is of course the Spicy Sea Food and Creamy Garlic Chicken pizza. The menu is delectable and have many of my favorites. I loved the Thali concept as it provided many of my favorites in small portions, more than enough in quantity for a person's meal. All the dishes tasted great and I ended up having takeaways as well. One of the owners was there and came to greet which is a wonderful gesture. I hope this restaurant flourishes as there are not many authentic Bengali restaurants around. Looking forward to my next visit.”
