“I recently used Pinewood Lettings as a Tenant. I found the staff to be very professional, helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and getting back to me very quick with answers. I spoke to Tracey, Richard and Ellie, all were really friendly and easy to talk to, and were able to advise me. They have an online application & referencing process which I found really easy and simple to use and took minutes to complete. Where I did encounter a small issue, Tracey and her team sorted this for me by the next day, calling me throughout the day to keep me informed. I was genuinely impressed with the service. Check in day was great - and well worth the small fee! They met me at the property to go through everything thoroughly, taking high quality pictures of all the rooms, fixtures and fittings and any wear and tear that had occurred before I moved in. - They were far more thorough than I tried to be, and from a tenants perspective, I found this really reassuring! The fee's I found competitive against other agents, and for the service I received, I was very happy. Included in the fees was a service which transferred all the bills and council tax in my name, so i didn't have to think about it. - they made the whole process start to finish very smooth and I had peace of mind. I would genuinely recommend Pinewood Lettings to anyone looking to rent around Mansfield/Chesterfield.”

“The studio apartment is pretty good - spacious enough with good storage space. Monthly social events are usually planned quite well. Common spaces are kept tidy. Gym is good but couple of important equipments are missing.”
