“Amazing lunch, the food is superb and the service outstanding. We will certainly return, every course of the tasting menu was fantastic. In fact the biggest debate of the day was which course was the best and we certainly couldn’t pick just one. A truly memorable meal.”

“We have had a few carverys here and the food is excellent.we also had our wedding reception here on 29th july ('23) it was perfect, Karen (landlady) pulled out all the stops and made our day perfect.Although we did our own food, The room looked amazing. The bar staff were so lovely and friendly and the DJ was brilliant anything that was requested he played as well as his own choice of music, excellent. I would highly recommend this venue for any celebration, Karen makes everyone feel special.fantastic place, amazing staff, wonderful Landlady, thankyou all so much. We.ll be back for lunch!”

“We had a fantastic time in here over the weekend for a retirement do and whilst visiting family. The drinks were perfect, well prepared with expert service behind the bar from staff who were friendly and offered great advice on what went with what. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend whether for a quick visit or a longer evening in. We'll be back!”

“Can’t speak for midweek but late on a Friday this was a bit Wild West. Also plenty of characters up for a laugh in here. You can be your own DJ too. Very eclectic set up shall we say and probably a bit of a tapping off place. Funny!”

“Attended a function here recently. I liked it. The function room was a decent size and well laid out. Bar well stocked with decent menu too for snacking (nuggets and chips etc). Hardworking pleasant staff. Nice outdoor area. All in all not bad at all”

“Huge arcade section as soon as you walk in and air conditioned which is a life saver on a hot day like today. Lady behind the desk was friendly with a smile and had good manners. Even have vip sections to sit in on specific lanes which is cool, large dining area with a bar also. The lanes are well lit and fun to play on, can order food and drinks to your lane also by simply scanning the qr code”

“First time going and I will say it was lovely. Great selection of amazing foods & wine. The staff are all lovely and the chef really knows how to cook! The atmosphere was incredibly chill and homely and felt welcome as soon as we walked in. Will definitely be going again to try the rest of the menu selection. “Been in several times since reopening post lockdown. Much improved atmosphere since reverting back to a live music venue rather than being dominated by sports. Staff were super friendly and accommodating and prices very competitive. No longer serves food but welcomes you to bring your own or order takeout which I took advantage of both during a visit with adults and a visit with my two children on another occasion. Cutlery, serviettes and condiments were provided and staff happily cleared away our rubbish afterwards. I shall definitely be returning!”

We always start with the camembert, and honestly, it’s unbeatable. For mains, we can’t resist the chicken burger. It’s consistently amazing. You can tell the kitchen really cares about quality. The service is always outstanding too. The staff are so friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome. Add in the gorgeous atmosphere and it’s just the perfect place to relax and enjoy great food.”

“Attended a a familys anniversary here yesterday. Was really surprised how friendly and welcoming all staff were. Was a little disappointed that kids had to leave at 7.30pm as we were having a great time.DJ sue was fab really great with kids couldn't do enough for you. Definitely be back.”

“Great pub. All the people leaving the negative reviews have clearly never been to the pub. The car park is massive, there are signs all over to instruct customers to enter their reg at the bar. There’s also loads of signs inside and the staff also tell you when you go inside. People are jumping on the bandwagon trying to ruin the reputation of the pub, when really people just need to read!!”
