“I arrived 15mins early for my shopping. Expecting to be turned away only to be greeted by 2 lovely gents. I believe there names were harry and Steve. They were extremely helpful considering I am in a wheelchair. They packed my shopping while also having a laugh with me. Top lads. Can’t thank them enough.”

“I booked the alpaca trekking for my mums birthday. We had lots of fun. It was well organised and our guide knew everything there was to know about alpacas. We stayed to have a look around the rest of the farm after. I definitely recommend as a family day out - whether it's just for a look around, or if you're booking one of the experience packs. There's play areas for the kids, plus a really cool bouncy castle/trampoline kind of area (if only I was still a child!), and a cafe to grab a drink/bite to eat. As others have pointed out, the car park could be better signed. Just to make it more obvious that the car park is specifically for willow tree farm, and not the seemingly abandoned school. Once parked, we didn't have any issues finding where to go. I would definitely go again!”

“Brilliant food and drink - me and my partner had the sesame chicken strips, the Friday glaze burger, and the fudge cake to share along with a few cocktails. We were served by the wonderful Mel who was fairly quiet, but was extremely friendly and provided great service nonetheless. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming again in the future.”

“Great place to go if you are going to see someone or something at Sheffield Arena or any time. Great food only down side is cost of soft drinks £8 for 2 Pepsi Maxs is a bit pricey especially as they aren't refillable. But overall very good.”

“Some say rather disparagingly that its ONLY a Spoons - albeit a rather well run one! Well what's wrong with drinks half the price of many local bars & restaurants - not to mention their good hearty, great value food? The bar staff are brilliant: very friendly and almost 100% warm and welcoming. The pub has great character and is a typical well executed Spoons bank conversion. Fascinating historic photos of the area are displayed and the pub boasts three toilets including a downstairs disabled. There's also an outside patio drinking/smoking area which is great in the summer. For a city centre pub it is surprising there are so many regulars who come from miles around - so the "Bankers" must be doing something right! There's lots of banter filling the downstairs bar. I accept that downstairs can be quite boisterous at times (what do you expect in a cosmopolitan city centre pub!) but the upstairs mezzanine bar is much quieter with books, a fire and a view!”

“It's a fabulous Wetherspoons, in a historical old building. Spacious and welcoming, clean and well run. The food was good. On top of all that... It's actually on the tram stop platform, so you can get home without getting wet!”

“We had a really great experience here! Jeffrey was very polite, friendly, and attentive, he made sure we were comfortable the whole time. My family and I came from abroad, and we were pleasantly surprised by how warm and welcoming the staff were. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and served well. Despite seeing some negative reviews, our visit was honestly excellent from start to finish. The service, food, and atmosphere all exceeded our expectations. Definitely deserving of a solid 5 stars!”

“So first of all I want to say how amazing the staff has been towards me and my family. They are always welcoming and generous, they take time to talk with you, we’ve had the pleasure to get to know them. There was a time when we were struggling for money, as I normally get a monthly pass. The staff went out of their way and put together the money to buy me and my daughter a pass for the next month. I was and still am incredibly touched by their generosity as they didn’t need to do that for us, they went out of their way and we are incredibly grateful.”

“Visited the drawbridge tonight for the first time in a few years, We were able to bring the dog too. Where do I start? The welcome was lovely like we are regulars. The food was great, we had a mixture of fish & chips, Tikka curry & salt & chilli dirty fries all cooked perfectly. Would highly recommended and will be coming back. Thank you Brad & Paul, just taken over in last couple of days (couldn’t add photos all the food was gone)”

“Nice quiet wee motorway stop off, when we were there it was quiet, but still well staffed. Coffee was surprisingly Starbucks and the tea was good too and there is a pretty standard range of sandwiches, snacks and cakes. Toilets are fresh, well maintained and clean, there is a small but functional carpark and a drive through window.”

“What a lovely welcome - nice warm pub with open fire. Fantastic on a Thursday evening when temperatures were below zero outside. Friendly staff and locals, nice selection of well kept beers and a fun quiz and numbers game. Great place for a night out.”

“16/07/25 We arrived for our pre-booked afternoon tea today in the secret garden. Despite the initial confusion the staff were amazing and did everything possible to make us comfortable while our food was prepared. Tammy under very busy circumstances was amazing and an absolute credit to your establishment. Our afternoon tea was second to none. We will definitely be returning. Thank you”

“Booked table as there were 6 of us. Staff most accommodating. We needed children's and gluten free meals. Children's were brought quickly and very good sized portions. Gluten free fish and chips were lovely. I'd go again”

The build quality it 5* light but heavy looking and would definitely recommend, its So quick and easy to build up.
