“Likely the best cakes I've eaten in any café (a truly scrumptious pistachio and lime today), delicious, good quality, loose leaf tea. and interesting well made bespoke furniture too. All served by the cheerful and helpful owner! Recommended without hesitation. No wonder I keep coming back!”

“Lovely place. We had a Sunday lunch and the kids ate from the kids’ menu. Portion size was excellent, flavour was really good, service excellent and really friendly. The beef was cooked perfectly (a bit pink). The kids’ lasagne was tasty and far superior to your average pub meal. Definitely recommend as a nice gastro pub.”

“Food is fabulous, especially the flatbreads Couldn't work how to reply so I will just add it here. I particularly loved the Persian lamb flatbread, the Shakshuka is excellent but so are the breakfasts. I am there most Saturday mornings waiting for kids to do their clubs and it is lovely to see a busy bar/restaurant. Could not recommend this place enough.”

“Been here a few times now, including this afternoon when I popped in about 45 mins before close and, as always, the service was great, so thought I'd finally leave a review. I had a salad (their salads are one of the best in the city) with a slice of blueberry cake to go. 80s music was playing too which was just the cherry on top! “Probably, infact the best eggs florentine I've had in Sheffield, I opted to add salmon which was very nice, well cooked and presented, wilted spinach and home made hollandaise sauce with perfect pouched eggs. Great staff highly recommended”

“We just visited for a hot drink and piece of cake on a cold afternoon in Donny. I had a tea with oat milk and a vegan & gluten free chocolate brownie. My partner had an oat cappuccino with a chocolate praline cake. With both enjoyed them a lot. Lovely friendly staff, great food and beautiful venue. Highly recommended.”

“This is now our second delivery of sofas from Ashgate after buying a good number of years ago. The sofas are great quality and low prices, getting 7 seats for just £389. Delivery £25 The delivery staff were very helpful, and resourceful, and took the utmost care by putting down protective coverings etc. Highly recommend this store for quality used and new furniture.”

“Wow! Not enough stars to rate this restaurant. To say they blew us away with customer service is an understatement. 3 of us booked in for breakfast & we mentioned it was a pre wedding breakfast for the Groom, Grooms father & Best man. We arrived to find the table set up specially for us with a boxed flower arrangement & card written to the groom from all the staff. It was a tear jerker. Irrespective of the fact only 3 of us had booked to attend, the management had taken the decision to go the extra mile knowing we couldn’t possibly eat or drink enough to pay for the flowers or maybe they’d just break even. We talked about how amazingly kind they’d been all day. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I nearly forgot to tell you just how great the food was too! The best breakfast I’ve had for a few years also. They have freshly squeezed orange juice which was a treat you don’t often find. Super sausages & black pudding! The groom is vegan & Rondo caters as part of their standard offer a full vegan menu choice. Quite genuinely, it’s brilliant with awesome staff! Thank you all.”

“The service is always great here. The staff are always friendly and professional. I also really like that every Capo Lounge has the same vibe through the UK. The ones I have been to in Mansfield, Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon are anyway. I can honestly say we have never had a problem with the service here. We eat and fine dine most weekends, but we still just love going for a good old English Fry Up! The cocktails are lush and YES, I drank one before 12pm ;)”

“Ordered a coffee and a breakfast bap on a recent quiet visit. The coffee arrived first and it was a full cup, thank you. Normally cafes don't fill the cup up properly for black coffee but the Sticky Fig does. The breakfast bap was large and tasted excellent. The coffee was that good I had another. On leaving spentba few minutes chatting with the staff. They are very friendly. Thanks for a nice break in a 50 mile bike ride that I was doing.”

“We purchased groupin vouchers for afternoon tea and were really happy with the experience. Food was excellent , plenty to eat ,well presented and tasty. The cups saucers and plates are pretty and delicate , it's tea and coffee included and we went for glass of prossseco option. This was a large glass too. The bistro is frwash and modern , spotless clean . Lovely decorations and ornaments around the building. Light and airy . The staff were all really helpful and friendly . Great way for a family to celebrate a birthday .”
