The first assistant didn't seem to know a lot, later I spoke to a chap called Jenkins and he was brilliant, very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Bought the Chromebook which was on offer at a very good price and so far it's been excellent, very happy with it.”

“We've recently changed where we take our repeat prescriptions (i.e. to this Pharmacy now) because the service here is excellent when compared with the Pharmacy we previously used. The link between GPs in the adjacent building and this Pharmacy is excellent, so when a GP tells me that a sudden change of medication is required I find that it is available for collection from the Pharmacy within a few minutes. For routine repeat prescriptions the service is also very good, e.g. no need to wait two weeks for medication and then still having to chase it up again, which is what we experienced elsewhere. Prescribed Medication that can be hard to obtain elsewhere in Sheffield is soon available here. Discussions with the Pharmacist and other staff have been really helpful, whether in-store or over the phone. The Pharmacy is wheelchair accessible too, so that's a bonus. I can't fault them. It's a pity that negative reviews from years ago can't be deleted.”

“I've popped in on the way to work. I was greeted by a really friendly lady who was doing a bit of tidying up. I've managed to work out how to add points to my App now so I did that. I ordered a cheese and egg McMuffin meal deal to come with table service. The lady who delivered was also friendly and polite asking if they'd given me enough milk for my tea and when I asked where I could get some sauce from for my muffin m, rather than point out the self service station, she hurried off to get me the sauce. The food was nice but unfortunately I think it had bacon on sausage in it (I'm vegetarian) but with no receipt I don't know who's mistake it was. I only know it was the usual price. Anyway the dogs will enjoy it when I get home. It's hardly a hanging offence. The bottom line is it was still a very enjoyable experience and I'll come back next time I'm too early for work!”

“Staff here are great! Jaqui Donna Ang and the other staff are always friendly and helpful. People need to understand the difference between inpost evri and yodel. The staff are not directly responsible for the evri label machine, when it breaks down they report it and then have to wait for it to be fixed. When you go in you will see how inundated they are with parcels and packages. I love this facility because its close to home but do understand how time consuming it is for staff, especially when they have to trawl through mountains of parcels trying to find your items. 2.3 stars is not a fair rating, especially when a lot of it is based on courier company failures to collect and deliver on time.”

More often than not the prescription had been sent. I just found their general attitude not good and the waiting time ridiculous 25 minutes once.Now collect my items from Wells- friendly and the waiting time is about what you would expect but usually it's ready and waiting for me.Well done Wells.”
