“I use this Starbucks when Im going to watch a film, lovely staff service is generally good, be prepared to wait if there's a good film on at peak times because there will be a queue. The place is always clean I've never seen cups,plates left on tables.”

“I visited at around 11:30 this morning. There were 3 members of staff working, and the till went down. The staff all handled this really well whilst still delivering excellent service. I can't imagine how stressed they must've felt on the inside! They are a credit to the team.”

“I arrived 15mins early for my shopping. Expecting to be turned away only to be greeted by 2 lovely gents. I believe there names were harry and Steve. They were extremely helpful considering I am in a wheelchair. They packed my shopping while also having a laugh with me. Top lads. Can’t thank them enough.”

“I booked the alpaca trekking for my mums birthday. We had lots of fun. It was well organised and our guide knew everything there was to know about alpacas. We stayed to have a look around the rest of the farm after. I definitely recommend as a family day out - whether it's just for a look around, or if you're booking one of the experience packs. There's play areas for the kids, plus a really cool bouncy castle/trampoline kind of area (if only I was still a child!), and a cafe to grab a drink/bite to eat. As others have pointed out, the car park could be better signed. Just to make it more obvious that the car park is specifically for willow tree farm, and not the seemingly abandoned school. Once parked, we didn't have any issues finding where to go. I would definitely go again!”

“Nice quiet wee motorway stop off, when we were there it was quiet, but still well staffed. Coffee was surprisingly Starbucks and the tea was good too and there is a pretty standard range of sandwiches, snacks and cakes. Toilets are fresh, well maintained and clean, there is a small but functional carpark and a drive through window.”

Despite the initial confusion the staff were amazing and did everything possible to make us comfortable while our food was prepared. Tammy under very busy circumstances was amazing and an absolute credit to your establishment. Our afternoon tea was second to none. We will definitely be returning. Thank you”

For me, I ordered a delicious iced sweet drink and I was stunned by the speed of which the drink was made. I paid for the drinks, walked over and they were both done. It is so clear to see that the communication, work ethic and skill set between the team members are very strong. I’m very pleased and impressed with my experience here.”

“The food was great! I love the taste of the chicken here and the vegetables were fresh as well. My parents really enjoyed the food here too, the dinner set was just nice for the both of them. It was our first time eating Yorkshire Pudding and it tasted alright. Love the vibes of the restaurant. Would definitely come again with my family and friends!”

“We like big Asda always a decent selection of products. George clothing is good value and looks nice in my opinion. Always plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and pleasant Cafe had a children eat for a pound when we popped in. Food was nice. Really well priced.”
