“I absolutely adore this place ! I’ve just started fishing again after 40 years and it’s ace ! Facilities have been upgraded the site looks smart . I live an hour away but when I have any time off this is my go to place for fishing , don’t need all the gear , just a rod or pole bit of bait and you catch all day long and the scenery is lovely . Well worth a visit ! Thanks”

“Stayed a night after seeing Saints play Blades away. Great hotel, room was clean and comfy, price was excellent. Arrived before 3pm check-in, if you want to check in early it will cost you £15. I checked in after 3pm, and there was a line and it was a bit slow. That's the only con. Super easy walk to and from Bramall Lane if you're there for the football. Would stay again for sure.”

“I had a fantastic experience at Yo Sushi yesterday morning, largely thanks to the amazing staff. The girls were incredibly attentive and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their positive attitude really stood out and made the visit a pleasant one. I appreciate their hard work and will definitely be back!”

“Booked DB&B via wowcher for a quick getaway. Warm welcome on check in with Nicky & co. Explained where everything is and facilities on site. Room clean but furniture tired looking and in need of TLC. The evening meal although smaller menu than other hotels of thus size was exceptional. Highly recommend the Yorkshire Fish cake starter. Wish I'd ordered it, had to steal a taste of the husbands. Sorry forgot pictures of main course!! Comfy bed in warm rooms. Paid short visit to spa area before checking out. Only small but good to sat inclusive of the price. Ps also dog friendly hotel.”

“This is a good hotel made excellent by the friendly, attentive, professional and fun front of house staff. Nothing was to much trouble. In fact hats off to all the staff. They were all incredible. The rooms are big, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The air-con was icy cold on a hot August day. The bathrooms are modern with a powerful hot shower. Ironing boards and irons in every room. Centrally located. Breakfast was included in the price and plentiful. Hot, cold, fresh waffles, fabulous. We stopped for 2 nights for my son’s wedding at Kelham Island and these guys made the run up and the following morning so hassle free. There were 4 generations of our family stopping and we all agreed our stay was perfect.”

“Well laid out fishing complex. Catches the sun well for those early season or early morning sessions. Beautiful area. Well stocked ponds. Bailiffs were very helpful and knowledgeable. Lakeside cafe was nice, with good service. Didn't use the onsite tackle shop; however, the other facilities onsite were spot on. A 31 fish day for me. Definitely go again. Didn't use the caravan park of the site but went to this location first, prior to fishing, and in looked nicely tended.”

“This is a very clean, secure and easy car park to use. Recommend booking in advance (to get discounts) and book longer than you think you need to make it easier on exit. Entry is via ANPR and compared to other car parks it is very well lit and the spaces are decent sizes. Not worth going anywhere else - really good facility.”

“Booked a day before heading to Sheffield for a meeting and was flawless. Barrier opened upon arrival automatically and I found the spaces to be ample to park my Ford Kuga in. People have mentioned about the ramp up to the car park but this is not a problem at all and is similar to other city centre car parks. The car park was clean, well lit and I saw numerous members of staff on site so really reassuring. The entrance doors are controlled via your barcode or ticket so again this was reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this car park again. Well recommended.”

“I was a little bit dubious about it being a motorway hotel, and i was wrong. The hotel was bright and airy, the staff on reception were warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and clean. There was a bath and shower Coffee and tea were available. The hotel was close enough to the services to have a walk there. I had taken the wrong charger for my phone. The receptionist was very helpful and let me borrow a charger. I didn't get her name but she was amazing. The hotel was busy but was quiet. Breakfast was available to purchase from the services. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.”

“Great place to take you dogs, or family, nice little lake to walk around and birds to see, there is a kids play area with a rope swing and a zip line, football pitches and a dog training area, bowls.”

“Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights while we visited family as we have come from the Lake District and we could not have asked for a better experience! The receptionist was very smiley and welcomed us with nothing but a positive attitude! On the second night we had a little issue with the key card but a new receptionist was very helpful and sorted the issue within no time. We were absolutely delighted with the room, very clean! We will definitely be coming by again.”

“Lived in this place for a year now. Had it’s ups and downs when moving into the building, however that was expected seeing as we were the first tenants in the flat. But when the new manager of the building took over, it changed a lot and things started to pick up and get fixed, he’s been helpful and a lot more organised at sorting the building issues out! Overall the flats are bright and well set out. The carparking area is secured and spacious and key fob accessed. It’s be a great place to live for my final year of uni!”

“I'd not been for years to the GPs and I've now been 3 times in 6 weeks. I've seen 3 different GPs in that time. I was very pleased with the politeness and friendliness of the receptionists and professionalism and thoroughness of the GPs. Each time I was offered an appointment the same day after ringing soon after 8am and not kept on hold for too long. I'd recommend them.”
