“Best fish n chip shop in worksop. Used them a number of times, also eaten from the others a number of times so i feel i can make a fair comparison. Ordered on a friday night at 7pm, i was expecting a long delivery time because of this. It arrived in 30 mins, which is a good time for friday fish n chips. Chips are good, not greasy. Haddock is nice, flaky fish, crispy batter. Its always the same every time i order, consistency is there. Very good value for money, i didnt even plate up all of the chips(regular size). I have a big appetite and think a small may suffice. Could easily share a regular between two people.”

“Absolutely incredible food, lovely atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. You can byob for a corkage fee of only £3pp so can bring a bottle of wine and get a bit sloshed to make the food taste even more incredible. Came here for 2 year anniversary with my girlfriend, was very special. Compliments to the chef, best food I have eaten in a long time!”

“Fantastic restaurant for a special occasion! Had a 7 course taster menu with paired wines and everything was beautifully presented and tasted great. This is a bit on the expensive side but worth a visit for a special night. Service was excellent and the staff really know their wines! The place had a very homely feel yet still very posh!”

“This is the second time we have ordered from here and can say this is definitely one of the best in town for authentic, North Indian cuisine. “To say it’s a small pub, they offer a wide range of beers & ciders and at a really good price! Probably the best priced in the area(Whittington moor) I can imagine this place having a really good atmosphere on a match day but unfortunately not the same at 1pm on a Friday. “I attended my cousins 60th birthday party , the venue is spacious and immaculately clean. Plenty of bar staff .The food is exceptional a hot and cold buffet with plenty of choice and even if you are a fussy eater I'm sure that you wouldn't be disappointed. The hosts Paul and Jeanine were on hand .There is also a stage to accommodate live music that we all enjoyed.We all had an enjoyable and memorable evening .”

“Delicious food, great service. The special - the Seafood Juhl was AMAZING and I wouldn’t normally choose seafood in a curry house but this was quite possibly the best curry dish I’ve ever tasted. It contained really tasty firm white fish pieces with perfectly cooked scallops and a huge meaty king prawn.”

“My partner and I are regular customers here and what a Lovely sandwich bar it is. Plenty of choice from a bacon butty to homemade hot dishes (quiches, lesangne) to salads, that are very tasty. “My favourite restaurant, we’ve been coming for years. The staff are brilliant and the atmosphere is so welcoming and uplifting. Wherever we travel we get sushi and none has compared to how fresh and tasty the sushi is here. A lot of all you can eat restaurants skimp out on the quality of food but not here!”

“The food here is so fresh and tasty. Really nice food. We went pretty late on so just another group with us. We couldn't really get the real ambience of the restaurant. With it being a quaint size then I can imagine the atmosphere being nice and romantic with wonderful Greek music playing in the background. The prices are very reasonable and the portions generous in my opinion. The owners are very friendly. The husband is very kind and approachable. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you enjoy trading Greek food and run by Grecians. I don't think you will be disappointed if you visit for a lovely romantic evening meal.”

Had dinner here recently on the special £21.99 menu, had chicken chat to start, lamb tikka for main with rice and upgrade to keegan nan instead of plain. Absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. Didn't have desert or coffee. They did bring us a shot of baileys though. Staff and service were great as always. Highly recommended”
