Turned up a little later than booked, but as it's a taxi they could be helping someone unload shopping, stuck in traffic so I like to give myself a 10-15 buffer if and when I can and the taxi arrived "on-time" in my perspective. 2. The driver was polite, and greeted me well. 3. The taxi was clean and the journey was smooth so it felt like the vehicle was highly maintained. 4. The journey we as efficient as possible and the standard of driving matches road rules. Whereas I've been in other taxis whereby the driver refused to wear a belt. 5. The caller who arranged the taxi arranged it quickly, and politely. I received messages once it was booked and information about the vehicle including colour and manufacture. For these five reasons it's five stars from me”

All done while I was there, conclusion was my bike wasn’t that bad and just needed some TLC. Booked the bike in for a service, a few things replace and others tweaked by I believe Annie, the bike rides like brand new and didn’t cost anywhere near the price of a new bike! Wish I had taken before and after photos.”

The first time my late father in law van had a timing belt issue and whilst we figured out as a family what we were doing Halfords were very patient and allowed the vehicle to stay on site due to it being inoperable, they also cut in half the diagnostic charge as they were unable to fix. Secondly took my own car down for a diagnostic, given reasonable information and advice but not charged as could not be specific for the cause. Appreciated that. Staff are friendly and understanding.
