“I have had the best and most helpful service from Wave couriers than I have from anywhere else in many years. I left my laptop at a board meeting in Banbury, and only realised I had left it when I returned home, after a journey of over 100 miles. I needed it for the following day. I telephoned Wave at 6:22pm, they answered the 'phone, and after a quick conversation, had arranged to be in Banbury for 8:30 the following morning to collect my laptop, and they had it back to me in Chesterfield for 10:15! And the price they charged me was very competitive, too! What a great company - helpful, quick to react and competitively priced. Who could ask for more?!!! Would definitely recommend and will use again.”

“Highly recommend! I needed a taxi for urgent vet trip on Christmas eve of all days. Had to be specifically one with a ramp as dog can't jump in anymore. Driver was happy to fit me in at the time I needed and arrived at the time I required. The price was pretty reasonable considering what day it is. Also massive thank you to the driver who was patient when getting her in the car as sometimes she refuses. Also very greatful to the driver for waiting while we were in the vets. After 10 minutes the vet had still not seen us so driver agreed to wait. Another 10 mins and still had not been seen but he continued to wait and then once out of the appointment the receptionists were taking a while to sort the meds and the driver decided to wait just a little bit longer as he knew we would struggle to find a taxi that would take us after that. Thank you so much, really appreciate that you did this for us as you really didn't have as not all taxi companies would be happy to wait or some would probably charge just for waiting.
