The waiting area was warm and welcoming after a short wait I was called in by a gentleman called Malik who introduced himself and explained the procedure. He was a credit to the trust very polite and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease . He explained the situation and answered questions I had very well . “I’ve been a pretty closed off and emotionally defensive person with a sceptical personality throughout my life, generally leaning towards science and reason for most things, but I had a loss in my family, someone I was really close with and also a long running relationship that had become quite difficult over the last few years, with everything happening together I felt I really needed someone to help me find a way through the emotional stress and physical pain that came along with it. I approached Jen after finding her on Google maps, I’d like to say I made the decision purely on her positive reviews, but looking back now, I feel like I was just naturally drawn to her as someone who could help me. After contacting Jen, I aired my concerns about the practice of Reiki due to my very logical and scientific outlook on life and that I was worried I wouldn’t feel anything at all in the session, she put my concerns to rest and asked that all I did was relax and see how I felt, which was very reassuring. I won’t go into detail about my session, but I can say that I had absolutely no reason to be worried at all, Jen is a fantastic woman with a very lovely aura around her, she’s calm and makes you feel incredibly welcome in her company. The session did exactly what I had hoped, helping me to release trapped energy within my chest and heart which came from my loss and current relationship difficulties, i would say it released me from being stuck in one place and freed me up to move forward with my life. I can honestly say Jen help me so much and that the Reiki session has allowed me to become a better person from within. If you are going through any emotional pain at all, which can be causing your physical pains too, I honestly would recommend you give Jen a visit. Thank you Jen, I really appreciate your support.
