“The whole family had an amazing time! The pirate ship escape room was loads of fun and our host, Hayden made it extra special (he was sooo good!). Highly recommend this experience and we’re definitely coming back to try a few of the others.”

“Such a great experience with lots of food and drink options. You get given a number on your windscreen and a menu then you text what you want for them to bring it over and pay. There are toilets on site and you hear the movie via tuning into the frequency via the car radio.”

“Went to see wicked for good today at around 1:45pm with my mum who is disabled and uses walking sticks a lovely member of staff called Alex who was around 6ft tall and had brown hair was very kind and saw us struggling carrying our popcorn and our drinks so Alex kindly jumped to lend us a helping hand and carried our drinks for us walked at my mums pace offered to scan our tickets for us and walked us to our seats and put our drinks in our cupholders for us. Alex is an absolute credit to your cinema such a wonderful kind man Also loved the recliner seats super comfy and spacious”

“The new menu did not disappoint!! The Truffle Maker - Super flavourful double beef smash burger with the extra treat of a truffle gravy for dipping both burger and fries- unbelievably moreish! The Seoul Destroyer - Crispy chicken delight with a little bit of bite in this burger, it paired perfectly with the tasty tater tots- definitely good for the soul! The Coca Cola Pizza - Sweet and saucy, who knew our favourite drink would go so well on a pizza a mouth watering twist on a standard BBQ base- as Revs say... An all round kick ass pizza! We also had some stunning cocktails which are on a 2-4-1 all day every!! We can't wait to come back for some bottomless brunch and a boogie! Big thanks to the team at Revs especially Charlie for the menu recommendations and concocting our delightful cocktails!”

“We booked Sunday dinner for 10 people and ordered ahead. The service was attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was hot and delicious. Two of our party were quite late due to their young baby and staff kept their dinners back until they were ready with no drama, as soon as the couple arrived the dinners appeared and were still hot and delicious. A big thumbs up for the Southampton Arms. Thank you.”

“Stayed here with family before our cruise. We were able to park and leave our car here for 7 days. Pryia in reception was so helpful, spoke to her a few days before arriving on the phone with a few questions I had. I then met her on check in and she made check in so easy and is a credit to hotel, the staff in the restaurant were also great, the 2 guys and young lady who were working on Saturday 25th Evening were friendly and very attentive. Simmi on sunday morning was lovely, very nice chat with her when ordering drinks . Staff here at all amazing but couldn't name everyone. Rooms were lovely except for too hot and couldn't override the system to change to cooling. Will definitely stay here again when we cruise in the future along with parking.”

“Had a really nice stay the night before cruise. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy. Walk from here to ocean terminal takes about 15-20 minutes and the train station isn't too long of a walk either Would recommend to anyone for a hotel for the night before a cruise :)”

“A nice place for a night out in the city centre. It’s a chain restaurant offering a wide range of Italian-style dishes, with generous vouchers to help offset the bill. I recently had a pleasant dining experience there, and our server, Ewalina, was very friendly and provided excellent service.”

“Great atmosphere & an amazing range of latin inspired cocktails & shots, live music, & plenty of seating downstairs. Didn't make it upstairs other than to use the bathrooms. Happy hour on a Friday night was fun! Not cheap & cheerful like some other places, I suppose this is a reflection of how expensive everything is. Friendly service, long waits at the bar during busy periods.”

“Good place to stay. Right in the city but on the edge of Watts Park. Very quiet in the room. Air con was an added bonus. We didn't use the in-house restaurant as there was so much choice just a few minutes walk away. There is no car park on site but we came by train a five minute walk from the Premier Inn.”

“We came down from Scotland and stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Full air con, very roomy as it is an accessible room. Had plenty of room to manoeuvre my power chair. Staff are very friendly and remember you from previous visits. We had meal deals so enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Everything was excellent. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting family and friends or going on a cruise.”

Staff; Gareth went above & beyond in helpfulness, nothing was too much trouble, esp helping with my wifi problem. Jackie on reception was friendly & professional. “I stayed at this hotel for a weekend and it was a lovely stay, all of the staff were lovely and welcoming. Catherine that booked us in who is on the main desk Was ever so helpful and friendly and if I had any enquiries she was happy to help. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy to get to shops, restaurants and taxis ect. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Nicole at the front desk was lovely. Thank you for the great service Nicole and all the front desk ladies. Rooms are clean and have all the essentials. My bathroom in room 523 had several cracked tiles in the bathroom, but it didn’t affect my stay. Shower was nice and hot; excellent water pressure. Room had no odor and was genuinely clean. Nice welcome letter from the manager. There’s a restaurant and bar inside in the lobby. No in room refrigerators. I’d stay here again.”

“UNBELIEVABLE service at this, “supposedly budget” hotel. I booked 8 rooms for 1 night for 15 guests, before we departed on a cruise. EMMA, who I believe is the manager, I really hope I have her name correct, was incredible. She rang me 2 days before our stay to confirm my booking. I informed her we were attending a wedding on QM2, also it was the grooms birthday the night we stayed, and if possible could she acknowledge both occasions…. WOW WOW WOW did Emma acknowledge both celebrations going above and beyond expectations. Starting with the room the bridal couple stayed in, it was amazing, decorated with banners & balloons & various treats including 2 bottles of Frexinet and champagne flutes, also a happy birthday banner above the bed. Emma also put all guests on the same floor, put us in a private area for dinner, in which she also decorated our table, then brought out a birthday cake for Gerry and same again the private area for breakfast. Now then, PREMIER INN SOUTHAMPTON CENTRAL, please please commend Emma and take care of this wonderful employee as she is a fantastic asset to your company. She told us she was moving to your Portsmouth hotel as it was nearer to her home, all I can say is anyone that visits that hotel is in for a treat. Oh and by the way, the room’s were all great with fantastic pillows, and the meal deal, dinner and breakfast was unbelievable value for money.”

“Decent enough for a stopover. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and it was surprisingly quiet considering it's on the motorway services. Staff were polite, and check-in was easy. It's not luxury, but if you just need somewhere to rest your head for the night, it does the job. Bit tired in places and could do with a freshen-up, but nothing major. Would stay again if passing through.”

“Our first visit to Sobar last night. We drove up from Cornwall. We had read reviews from others and were a bit concerned about the apparently over zealous doormen. However we found all the staff to be great. The patience of the tall lady supervisor at the upstairs bar when dealing with a fussy customer was amazing. The atmosphere was great. Drinks were expensive but tap water and ice were freely given and definitely needed as it was very hot in there. Would definitely visit again of theres something that appeals to us there.”

“We only booked this room as we had travelled for a gig at the local venue The Engine Room. On arrival we were made to feel most welcome by the man on the reception called Simon. He was friendly to both parties who had booked rooms. We felt that this hotel was in an excellent location . Convenient for our venue minutes walk away.walking distance to the port ,shops and ikea. We hadn't booked breakfast and were happy to use the macdonalds next door. When we returned back from the gig we decided to have a drink at the adjacent Ibis, at Simon's suggestion . We were also welcomed there. For the price we paid this was excellent value and the parking is included so no need to pay in advance. Thanks for a great stay.”

“Staff is by far some of the most professional and attentive I’ve worked with. Both bartenders, management and floor staff were amazing. The venue has everything someone would need to create or enjoy an unforgettable night and they are flexible in everything to make sure the night reach’s maximum potential. Can clearly see a big improvement compared to a couple years. Unbelievable sound system and lighting show.”

“Absolutely NAILED IT ... Was so worried about the horror stories of companies not showing, I was in full blown PANIC MODE Booking, but the lady I spoke to on the phone was VERY helpful and re-assuring. The owner and his assistant delivered and were waiting for me at the venue, they had already brought the stuff in before I even got the cake in, within minutes it was up, weighted down and safe with ample mats so the children were safe- as well as very excited, the owner (Adam) then demonstrated safety aspects and pointed out some things that I didnt feel obvious but needed to know. Very thankful for this company, their patience and professionalism. Highly Recommended - will use again!!”

“Me and my partner booked to do the monster hunter puzzle box. What an amazing evening. Everything was very thought out and the interactive table was a excellent touch.
