“Just as you walk into the Courtyard you will find a number of different small businesses, what a wonderful little place to browse for Christmas ideas. Loved this shop called Buddy & me , for all dog owners this is a must. Danielle owns the shop and is really friendly and very knowledgeable. I purchased some dog biscuits which my friends dogs loved . Nothing is too much for Danielle and she really goes out of her way to help people . If she hasn’t got what you want she will try her best to get it for you. Excellent customer service . Will definitely be telling my doggie friend owners to visit you .”

The only areas of feedback I'd give is that it could always do with more seating, and the front doors are incredibly heavy, meaning the shop isn't always accessible (saw several older ladies struggle, and those in wheelchairs also struggle).”

“My son is autistic and wanted a chocolate fudge frappe but they explained they couldn't make frappes because hey didnt have the powder ut instead made him a milk shake type thing with oat milk and chocolate powder and ice. Very accommodating and I didn't have a son who was having a melt down. Thank you”

“I come to this Costa Coffee every single day, and it truly feels like a second home. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are just amazing. Adam, the manager, is incredibly kind and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. Lulu and the rest of the team are just as lovely they always greet me with a smile and know my regular order without me even saying a word. It’s the little things they do that make a big difference. Whether I’m here to relax, study, or just enjoy my cappuccino, I always leave feeling better. Massive thanks to the whole team you make every visit a joy!”

“Genuinely the best coffee in the area and such lovely staff. The apple tart, sticky ginger cake (when it's in stock - more often please!) and ice cream are all delicious. Not cheap but you're getting quality. I cannot understand the few negative reviews of staff...they work so hard and there maybe a wait at busy times understandably - don't come if you're in a rush and staff are always helpful and polite as long as customers are the same to them. Common sense really! Well done to Jenny and the team.”

“This is a very handy little shop/tea room. Doesn't offer cooked meals, but does offer, tea, coffee and soft drinks... their toasted tea cakes are excellent value and recommended. They have a couple of tables outside (weather permitting) and a few seats inside...but NOT an abundance. For those who rely on wheelchairs, access is hindered by an awkward threshold. But as they have the seating outside this isn't exactly a game changer. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Recommended.”

“Easily the best afternoon tea in Hampshire. Went with a friend for the themed afternoon tea. We both had the vegan version and it was stunning, both in presentation and taste! What was especially nice to see is that rather than the vegan option being different, it was the same food/ presentation as main tea, not a different substitute. The cactus macaroons in chocolate 'soil' were wonderful!”
