“Stopped on our journey for a coffee and Sylvia was working in store at the services. Very happy, kind and caring lady. Also was the other lady sharing shift with her. She was very kind to the kids and interacted with them on our break on a long journey. Things like that go a long way. Nice to have service from the heart.”

“The service was quick and easy. I ordered 2 caramel lattes and had a look at their coffee cups for sale, which were a bit overpriced for what they were. However, the coffee was lovely and we were greeted with smiles too, considering this was in the evening, nothing seemed too much for the staff. They thanked us for clearing our table after too. Good overall experience.”

“We stopped here for drinks to go on our way with the grandkids to the seaside. My grand daughter is gluten intolerant, when I asked if their hot chocolate was gluten free my request was handled brilliantly. The lady knew how to check and did so in a careful and unhurried way (despite a small queue building behind!) They made sure the drink was prepared in a freshly washed jug and served it separately. Exceptional service!! Brandon if you are reading this, thank you!”

“3 am and was pleased to find somewhere open. This is within the hospitql This Costa is 24 hours which is great. The lady serving was very polite and professional. A large range of products, although a few had run out. I felt the vegan rocky road was expensive for a small slice. All in all very useful. Plenty of seating available.”

“I've been coming here for a few years now, and I always get the food with shisha because, honestly, it's the best shisha in Southampton. Lately, I've been hooked on their chicken burgers and loaded fries—they're seriously tasty! Today, I tried adding some onion rings and chicken wings. While I still love the chicken burgers and loaded fries, the wings and onion rings were a bit cold. The wings were still better than Wingstop—meaty and juicy. The onion rings could've been a bit more golden, though. Overall, still a solid spot!”
