βUnbelievably good service and food. Right next to the motorway so easily accessible for any hungry travellers. A βgood morningβ when you pop in and βhave a good dayβ when youβre leaving goes a long way. Thanks again to the lovely staff at The Great Sandwich.β
βLovely friendly local pub. Great prices and good range of well kept beers. Impressive gine selection too. Very good pork pies and rolls available at the bar.β
βA great pub. Great food and drink. Landlord is a gentleman and his wife a fantastic cook. I always have the gammon washed down with a few beers. Menu is varied, TVs not too intrusive and a good selection of drinks including the local gin. Take plenty of cash as they do not take cards. (they now take cards, still a fantastic pub:) I would travel to visit this pub but am lucky enough to live 2 mins away!β
βWe found the Masons Arms whilst looking for a venue that catered for Gluten Free. All I can say is WOWβ¦β¦.. What attention to detail. Fabulous food, great service and attention to detail. Gave us confidence as a family that they know how to cater for specific dietary needs. We had a wonderful Sunday lunch. So much choice and will definitely be back.β
βThe crisps were wonderful. But the service and atmosphere are infinitely better. There is something extra about 'The Union', or BENKS, as it was always known as to the discerning drinkers of Leek and beyond. Yes. I am old enough to remember those halcyon days! With the jukebox in the red room playing all things rock, from Alice Cooper to Zeppelin (of the Led variety) and on to Dean Martin singing 'Little Old Wine Drinking Me' - a classic singalong end to each and every glorious night in Benks! Join us now for a seriously well kept pint of ale, a game of darts, an 8 ball in the top pocket or just a friendly chat, whilst listening to live music.β

βTin plate specials - we will be doing this more often. Great food and service at a great priceβ
βWe have been regulars for several months now and we absolutely love coming here. It's not just a great cafe but a business we really value as part of our community here in Stone. We always feel welcome and the owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. We've tried most things on the menu and everything we've had has been delicious and of great quality - coffee, cakes, full English, veggie breakfast, baps and more. It doesn't get better than that!β

It was my daughters b/day and we were given a cake box to take bk with us as just couldnt eat it all. I shall be visiting again soon! :)β

βWell maintained tables, staff and patrons very welcoming, great value for money from bar to table tariffs. All the big sports events on big screens and excellent jukebox with downloadable content should you not find the music your looking for. The skill levels of the players is wide spread so I'm sure you will find a suitable challenger or tournament that will suit your skill levelβ
βI visited Feast at 10am on a Monday morning with my daughter. The cafe felt clean, fresh and bright. The atmosphere was lovely with music quietly playing, local newspapers available to borrow and staff attentive but not overbearing. It felt like the kind of place I couldβve spent a while enjoying my delicious and hot coffee and cherry sourdough toast without feeling uncomfortable at all. We will definitely return!β

βWhere better place can you go on a very wet Thursday afternoon!! The Tearoom at No.11 in Audlem. Always greeted with a friendly face and superb service. I choose the beautiful carrot cake and a flat white coffee. A bonus as itβs dog friendly too. Lovely lunchtime menu too. I was lucky to find a seat today, itβs so popular!β
βPicked our afternoon tea platters up today. They look fantastic and great value for money. Lovely touch with fresh strawberries as they knew it was for our Wimbledon day. Also had a breakfast which was delicious and cooked to perfection as always. Staff are always friendly, helpful and ready to please. Oh yea, Victoria sponge is just scrumptious- one piece in never enough. Thanks so much.β
βHad dinner there, atmosphere so nice and food is superb. Fresh bread was so good. Staff friendly and attentive . Definitely recommendedβ
βCappuccino lovers come-hither! I can't believe this cafe was right down the street from me and I only recently discovered them. The milkiest/frothiest cappuccino in the land, the coffee does not disappoint and neither does the food. Both their cakes and Full English have been amazing, with sweeter cake/brownie options changing every time I've gone for great variation. I would highly recommend giving them a try. Free parking, card accepted but cash preferred!β
βDelicious fresh bakes Victoria sponge sandwich Chocolate flapjacks Too die forβ
βA really nice dining experience. And unusual. The fusion of the very modern main dining area and the more traditional snug really works. And how the huge dining area has been broken down into different character areas is very clever. The menu has variety and both our meals were something new to us and delicious. The service was excellent as well.β
βStopped in here after a trip to the local Blaze farm with our toddler. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the place was very modern and clean. The food menu was very good with lots of choice. I had a steak and red wine pie and it was delicious, my wife had a fish and chips without fault and our son had a burger and chips. They gave him the option for beans or peas and as he couldnβt decide gave him both at no extra charge which was a nice touch. Not expensive for the quality, service and setting. Highly recommend if you are in the area.β
βFamily meal for my wife's Birthday and our 25 wedding anniversary. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Definitely be going again soonβ
