“Have been buying bubble tea from here for just over 2 years and this is honestly the best bubble tea place in Stoke!! The customer service is absolutely amazing! I was served by Safa she was extremely kind and made my drinks really quickly. Thank you!!”

“What a find this cafe/grooming salon is. I needed my dogs nails clipping, and when I googled if there was anywhere local I could have this done apart from the vets, it stated Charlie and co did a walk in service. We arrived no issue, the young lady in the salon was brilliant with our dog who is a rescue, so we were unsure if he would be nervous, he rushed into the grooming area no problem, we went and had a coffee and before we knew it he was done! Fabulous service we will be back. The girls are a great team. Oh and lots of doggy friends for your pouch to meet downstairs in the cafe.”

“Visited on many occasions,before, always excellent service.. booked a table for afternoon tea at £12 each for myself& daughter we specified what we wanted, could not fault it in any way. Fresh selection of sandwiches, cakes to die for and as for the scones definitely home made with fresh cream&jam. Lovely friendly ladies to serve our every whim! It was my daughters b/day and we were given a cake box to take bk with us as just couldnt eat it all. I shall be visiting again soon! :)”

“Where better place can you go on a very wet Thursday afternoon!! The Tearoom at No.11 in Audlem. Always greeted with a friendly face and superb service. I choose the beautiful carrot cake and a flat white coffee. A bonus as it’s dog friendly too. Lovely lunchtime menu too. I was lucky to find a seat today, it’s so popular!”

“Picked our afternoon tea platters up today. They look fantastic and great value for money. Lovely touch with fresh strawberries as they knew it was for our Wimbledon day. Also had a breakfast which was delicious and cooked to perfection as always. Staff are always friendly, helpful and ready to please. Oh yea, Victoria sponge is just scrumptious- one piece in never enough. Thanks so much.”

“Attended as a group for daughters 30th. Outstanding service, although was set menu staff were extremely accommodating and did everything to make sure we got what we wanted lovely atmosphere. Have been going to the tearooms for number of years and can honestly say it is if not the best for delicious food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The kids afternoon tea was fantastic and super cute. All in all a memorable day for my daughter. Thank you to all the helpful staff at Whitmore tea rooms.”

“Visited the Windmill Cafe & Bistro and found a part of Portugal in Newcastle Under Lyme. The traditional cuisine is delicious. Lots of choice from gorgeous fish and meat dishes to a variety of just wonderful tapas bites, soup and loaves of freshly cooked traditional breads. Lovely atmosphere for relaxed eating. Owners genuine foodies and friendly.”

“Me and my best friend chose this place for a catch up! We love the cosy feel of places! And this one is now one of the hotspots I think we will return too! The staff were lovely, so welcoming. The food was really good, my friend had a bacon and egg bap, I had a full English. The coffee was so good! I'm even comparing other coffees to theirs now reminiscing! Overall a lovely little spot for a quick bite and a drink for a natter or break from shopping”

“Great place for a stop when out on the bikes. The food is improving every week with new ideas. The staff are welcoming and like to take pictures of visitors on their bikes to put on facebook etc. Look forward to my next visit there.”

Team Dee work well together, they made us feel very welcome and as a collective they have created a wonderful friendly environment welcoming people along with their dogs, the cafe spotlessly clean. All of this adds to a rich customer experience often sought but rarely archived. Last, location is perfect, canal side, places to walk and space to provide and accessible to all”
