“Start from the location just next to train station and in the heart of this beautiful town. The second thing which make this place highlighted is amazing selection of craft beers from IPA to stout & sour. Third is awesome atmosphere which I really like. Good vibes and friendly approachable people in the bar. Specially I like the wall full of colour beer pump clips. Service was good and the prices were very pocket friendly. Hope after all these points I recommend it. Worth to visit”

“I was visiting Stoke and looking for somewhere to eat tasty and healthy vegan food - i found the right place! Everything was home made, delicious and served with love. The portions were massive! “I came here yesterday to buy a new mattress. The lady in the store was very helpful and made good suggestions of which mattresses to try out and knew which ones I would like by my reaction. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and could tell you how they work, how many springs etc. I will try update when the mattress arrives. They also do free delivery, free mattress removal and deliver on Saturdays too, which was handy for me.”

“We spent a long weekend in nearby Alton and stumbled across this restaurant, and what a treat! Not only a lovely change from the usual pub grub so commonly found locally, but it was super tasty. We live in London and are picky about our curries, but this place definitely ticked the box. Even our little ones really enjoyed the korma. Just be warned about those portion sizes! “I have been going to this bakery for many years and the great thing about it is, Consistency. The cakes are to die for, the bread is fresh everyday, the sandwiches are fresh and full of filling. My personal favourite is the sausage rolls.... wow they are amazing. I have travelled around a lot and been to many different bakery's around the country but this is the best i have ever been to. I now live in the west pennine moors but still come over once a week for my treats. I would like to thank all the staff for always making me welcome. Keep up the good work.”

“Popped into Penkhull Hardware & Joinery the other day looking for a bolt, didn’t think much of it, just one of those quick jobs. They didn’t have the exact size I needed in stock, but instead of just sending me on my way, he grabbed a longer bolt and cut it down to size for me there and then, after a few attempts we got the size we needed. Honestly, that sort of service is rare these days. It’s a proper old school DIY shop, the kind you don’t see much of anymore. Helpful, friendly, and actually wants to help you get the job done rather than just sell you something off the shelf. Shame there aren’t more little independent places like this about. Will definitely be back.”
