“Have rented off H2H now for 18 months and I cannot find any faults with them at all. Staff very friendly & helpful. When we first moved in a few repairs were required....which were sort very quickly and efficiently. Thanks to everyone's .”

“Booked 12x rooms to stay away for work, the staff have been extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The one's I have personally dealt with, Josh, Trish and Carole are a credit to your hotel, but it's to be noted that everyone else I've spoken to have been great, too! 10/10, will return next time we need to stay away for work!”

Travelodge have improved their booking options, and for me the ability to choose a room in advance really makes things easy (I travel a lot by bike, so I like a ground floor room close to reception.) Clean, pleasant, quiet. Everything you need, and conveniently located for everything else.”

“Just had a 1 night stay for our 40th wedding anniversary had our evening meal and I had a fillet steak it was beautiful, my husband had the lamb pie it was very tasty but a bit on then small size. The room was spotless and very spacious, breakfast was delicious, I will definitely visiting again. Thank you”

“Stayed in room 2 and cannot fault the accommodation. Great shower and double bed plus single. Downstairs is closed for renovation which may be a good thing as there was no noise. Great price and no complaints. Would book again. Can't comment on service as all self check in but drinks and kettle provided as well as a decent sized TV on the wall.”

“The food was very good quality and there was a big variety. It was always kept well stocked and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a refillable drink with the meal. Kids get a free refillable drink. The prices are quite high but so are all the prices within the park. They offer allergy books for anyone with allergies. They also offer to cook some vegan and vegetarian options. No booking needed for dinner.”

“We chose here due to staying at the Alton Towers Hotel, and was worried after some of the reviews, but we honestly had the most delicious food, and our waitress, Amy, was very welcoming and attentive. Our children enjoyed their meals, which is great, as they can be fussy. Highly recommend the lemon and herb chicken - so tasty and so much chicken! My husband had the burger and he really enjoyed it (he mentioned the apple-smoked cheese and said they'd done well with the flavour). Lovely decor in there, and views of the lake (and colourful lights on the lake when dark).”

“Some of the reviews on here just baffle me. Most from people who'll readily stand in a queue for the Smiler for 2 hours+, but want instant service from the on-site eateries serving the same heavy crowds. We stayed at the Enchanted Village for 3 days and nights. We had breakfast here twice and one evening meal. We booked ahead for each visit - an absolute NECESSITY if you expect a table. The manageress, nikki, helped us with our daughter's friend - who has an allergy - and was very professional. Indeed, all of the staff were all doing their jobs well - no rudeness (as stated by others) whatsoever. The food was, yes - expensive, but this is Alton Towers, not Crapsville. Rent isn't cheap. But all our meals were top notch, and generous portions. Breakfast was a buffet help-yourself style. I didn't try the ready-mix scrambled eggs, but proper eggs WERE available. The sausages were 'excellent' as reported by the wife (a successful acid test for sure). The other items were also very good. Nobody rushed us off our table, as reported by others. Yes, it was noisy, but this is Alton Towers! To be totally honest, the only gripe I can report about this restaurant is the incessant piped lift music. Awful! Otherwise, well done.”
