They forgot my vimto and when I called up they apologised and came and delivered it which I don't think you really get with most places delivered through Uber Eats, Deliveroo etc If I ever move out of Stoke I'd be sad to never try this place again.”

Repeat prescriptions take at least a week or more to be processed, you can often see big piles of prescriptions in boxes behind the counter, which shows how constantly busy it is and how hard the staff work. If I'm low on important medication they will do their best to get it sorted, and if that's not possible recommend where to go and who can help.”
