“Watched live stream of the ballet Romeo and Juliet from Royal Ballet and Opera House. Fabulous! A great venue staffed by very helpful friendly volunteers . There is a bar and ice creams were sold at the first of three intervals. Our tickets cost a very reasonable £16.50. Have seen other ballets at this venue. I strongly recommend.”

“We are very satisfied with orthodontist service. My daughter had very embossed teeth on both jaws. Four permanent teeth were removed and a permanent orthodontic appliance was fitted for 1.5 years. The effect is beautiful. Patient care is very friendly and informative . Thank you very much x”

“Can't recommend this dental laboratory enough. Originally went for broken denture that Michael went above and beyond to fix, but fitted better than they ever had. Because of the age of the denture, they made my new full top plate in less than a week and I can't describe how brilliant they fit, and don't even need fixative. They are very knowledgeable, non judgemental, I would recommend anyone who needs new dentures or have poor fitting dentures, go to straight away.”

“I’m new to this dental practice and have seen Ms Patel twice so far, first for a check-up, and then to repair some fillings. I can honestly say she’s the most wonderful dentist I’ve ever met. I have a mild fear of going to the dentist, but she immediately put me at ease. She was constantly reassuring, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. “Rinchu & Kaye were very professional and welcoming. Great attention to detail. Found me exactly the right interdental brush as I’d been struggling to use floss. I know that I will use these now. Had advice on how to limit pressure with electric toothbrush to prevent receding gums. I hope I get them next appointment.”

“I went to see a physiotherapist, very welcoming and polite, the wait was only 10 mins past appointment time, the stretched me up pretty good lol, jokes aside they have emailed me a detailed recovery plan to stick to also with option of if still struggling you can just ring them and make an appointment again if it was within a month of the last appointment, otherwise it would be re-referral from your gp. Hope this helps .”

“Lovely hospital, parking is a nightmare as there just isn't enough space for all the visitors. The Lovely, super efficient, professional, friendly staff more than make up for the difficult parking. Appointments generally always run on time & if you arrive late, they will always do their utmost best to fit you in. Great atmosphere too.”

“Wow, this is like a finely oiled machine the way all of the staff work together. Usually, this is day case and minor surgery held here. I went for eye surgery, you wait for your allocated nurse to collect you and then you go into a lovely environment where you are seen by your consultant just to explain your procedure. You are taken into an anaestheitc room where drops are popped into your eye. You lay down in a trolley and go into the theatre. Using a microscope my procedure was done quickly. The staff are lovely and everything is fully explained. I had a coffee and waited to be discharged home with some eye drops. It's amazing. I feel so lucky to have had my surgery done at The Treatment Centre. Based at Leighton Hospital. It's very relaxed but super efficient. 10/10 stars.”

“A short visit for a minor treatment. The staff are all efficient and the nurse that saw me knew what she was doing, was friendly, tenacious with a tricky issue and did a great job. If I was really sick I would be relieved if it was my local hospital. Good stuff from a great team.”

“I have been visiting Dr Zhang for a variety of ailments for the past 3 years. My wife attends there for herself as well. I have also taken a 91-year-old gentleman I care for to his clinic during this time. The results have been significant and noticeable. I feel incredibly blessed to have found him. This old gentleman had a stroke some time ago, and Dr Zhang’s help enabled a much faster recovery for him. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Dr Zhang, this old man would probably not have been still able to talk and write and walk as well as he does now. Thank you for your help and skills.”

“I have recently had my first weight loss consultation at the pharmacy. I was a little anxious about the appointment, to say the least, but the pharmacist made me feel at ease straight away - he was so kind and considerate. The pharmacist discussed the best weight loss plan for me and gave me all the information I needed. With his guidance I have started on one of the weight loss injections available and I am managing those injections at home myself. I will be seeing the pharmacist now on a regular basis to help me with my weight loss. Thank you Chris.”

“I went to Lloyds a couple weeks ago to discuss weight loss medication options as I am overweight but not obviously, I have been struggling the last couple years despite calorie counting, running, swimming and weight training. Spoke to the pharmacy Ben and he suggested Monjaro but I have a huge needle phobia, he understood and even showed me what the pen looked like and the size of a needle used. I couldn't face it then so I went back Monday and the lady behind the counter suggested to come back to see Ben again to discuss further and she would put a Monjaro ready but no pressure if I decide I can't do it, very reassuring. I went back today, terrified and had a weight consultation with Ben, again he was very understanding and patient, talked me through everything and I finally did it, as he suggested, I did it myself so I know what to do for the next jabs. I am so grateful for his support, help and patience with me, couldn't of faced my fear without him. Thank you!!!”

The staff are always professional, and although I’ve seen many new faces over time, every team member who has helped me has been friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They’re also very efficient at getting medication in stock if it isn’t available right away, which I really appreciate. The bargain shelves are a great addition for the community, and I used to enjoy the accessory stands they had — it would be great to see those return. It’s also fantastic to see them offering more advanced services now. Overall, a reliable and supportive pharmacy that continues to improve and serve the community well. Keep up the good work”
