“My daughter has been coming to Hannah for swimming for about a year now. When she first started she was unsure but Hannah and her staff were extremely reassuring and helped my daughter to settle. Since then she has come on leaps and bounds. She loves her swimming lessons and is now a confident swimmer without armbands and floats. All the staff are very patient and clearly care about the swimmers in their care. The extra mermaid classes in the school holidays are great fun. Excellent communication and clearly expectations in terms of payment of fees and holding of places. Definitely recommend.”

“As soon as you open the door to BPDA all you see is smiles on everyone's faces its such a great place to be and i love it! Deb is a true inspiration to me and to everyone who goes there, all the instructors are amazing! “We used this vet with our previous dog. Dealt with all our issues during his lifetime and supported us when he passed. When we decided to get 2 pups they were our first choice, went yesterday for their first appointment. Vet gave them both the once over, told us of issues identified and the plan over the next few months. Great experience, they didn't flinch at jabs and got lots of strokes and love off the vet and the ladies at reception. Great place, can't not big them up enough!”

“What can I say about Debbie? There’s not enough words to describe how professional, compassionate, and caring she is. My daughter has suffered for years with debilitating phobia and anxiety of being sick, feeling sick and an overall fear of being ill. Debbie was amazing with her, after the 4 session programme my daughter is a new person. She said she feels happy and lighter, and can finally look forward to doing things without having her “sick radar” on. My daughter is 13 and I was starting to worry this phobia would lead to an eating disorder and possible ocd, but Debbie has helped shape her mind again and teach her methods to keep it at bay. We are going to carry on and see Debbie every 6 weeks purely for the relationship she’s built up with my daughter and the trust. And to keep on top of her phobia so she can live her life to the fullest. Thank you Debbie, for everything!”

“Following a previous poor experience at the dentist and a lengthy wait for much needed Orthadontic treatment, my daughter had the pleasure of becoming a patient of Mrs Segal at Millennium Dentistry Cheadle. My daughter needed 4 teeth extractions before having braces fitted. Mrs Segal is cheerful, extremely skilled and very experienced. The final extraction was difficult but expertly executed by Mrs Segal who has restored my daughter's faith in dentists. Special thanks to the dental nurses and the practice manager who offers appointments to anxious patients to discuss procedures.”

“After suffering over a year with tennis elbow I contacted Mike, I had 3 treatments Mike gave me some exercises to do, a month later my elbow was good as new. Just been back to Mike with a strained knee after one treatment and great advice no more pain in my knee January 2020. Would highly recommend Mike. Just been back to Mike with a trapped nerve, which didn't bother me when working but it did after work, burning pain in shoulder and arm, I could not relax, after two treatments pain as gone , thanks Mike. August 2024”

“I have a chronic neurological disease which affects my nervous system and causes muscle weakness. It is progressive and has no known cure. The growing weakness in my feet, ankles and lower legs leads to poor mobility and increased risk of falling. I am continually looking for advice on managing my illness and adopting exercises that will help slow down the mounting weakness in my legs and arms. With this in mind I applied for an appointment with the Clinic at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre. On the 9th December 2024 I was seen by Physiotherapist Marc Czuczman. His verbal and physical assessment was extremely thorough. He took time to understand the daily mental and emotional challenges I face and my need for self-motivation and exercise therapy. He has since provided a comprehensive range of exercises suited to address the weaknesses he found during his assessment. I found Marc’s empathy and understanding refreshing and hope that I can achieve improvement in the areas of weakness he identified.”

“I am travelling to India with work so attended the travel clinic for a consultation and vaccinations. This trip is fairly short notice but the availability for consultation and vaccination at Muxton was excellent, and very quick and easy to book online. Mohammed has been very professional throughout. He had researched what I needed before my consultation, so was clear about what I could have at Muxton, and what I could have at the GP, which was helpful. I had my first vaccinations on Friday, and these were expertly given by Mohammad who put me at my ease beforehand. I had very little pain at the time of vaccination and have had no side effects. His follow up information has been as promised and I have my next appointment booked.”
