“after a visit a very dismissive pharmacist I tried my look at boots. I spoke to the lady at the desk at the pharmacy. The lady was very understanding and met me with compassion about my issue and asked for me to see the pharmacist. The pharmacist was also very compassionate and prescribed me some things to help and has asked me to come back in a weeks time for her to review the condition. I'll always come to boots if I need to see a pharmacist in future. 10/10 service all round.”

“The shop is fine, but it’s not where Google Says it is! It’s actually in the Market Shopping Centre, opposite Peacocks. The address might be correct as it says Market Centre but when you look at the pin Google drops or if you try to follow directions to it, it’s definitely not the right place!”

She was manning the till area on her own, and there was not any other staff around, but she still took time to help us with an item that was not readily available on the shop floor. She checked stock, she sourced the item from the back storage and was just so pleasant and smiley. A real credit to Boots. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took an interest in our plans.
