“Visited the historical and very haunted, world famously renowned exotic eatery "Simply Bilash," with my good friend and internationally acclaimed musician Benny "Flashing-Fingers-of- the- fiery-fretboard , Reece. Established for many years now in the grade 1 listed building previous known as the Castle Tavern, the enthusiastic new owners embarked upon naming their exciting new restaurant settling on an anagram of 'Is my Ballship?' an ancient Bangladeshi greeting meaning may the fruit of your loins be productive in many lands, a metaphor for spreading the culinary delights of the motherland far and wide with as much vigour as can be mustered they came up with the beautifully elegant "Simply Bilash." The beating heart of this dynamic and mind-blowing Dhaba is the skill of the highly decorated chef. Dishes such as Fangash, a concatenation of Fanny and Gash (a famous Hyderabadi chef) a fish dish of such exotic pungency that the recipients eyes roll back with overwhelming delight. Any dish containing the words garlic or chilli are beyond the bounds that flavour alone can aspire to. These pungent offerings can rigourously engage the tongue in a spine tingling, goosebumps inducing, Mandelbrot mind warp . The side dishes are front and center. The accompanying sundries would be the "Main event" in other lesser establishments . Take the plunge, I implore you, and become a disciple of the tangy flavour of SIMPLY BILASH!”

“The food at Mustang Valley is absolutely gorgeous: it's great value for money and the staff are just lovely. I ordered the vegetarian curry (chickpea and potato), with egg fried rice and a vegetarian samosa. The curry tasted incredible and the rice was among the best I've ever had. The samosa was fantastic and really flavourful. The gentleman and lady who were working the stall were so so friendly and I could smell the food being cooked fresh to order which was such a treat. Pictured are the portions, as you can see they are really generous and make you feel as if you're getting fantastic value for money.”

“I have been regularly staying at this block of apartments since August 2022 due to long-term work commitments in the area. The apartments are consistently of a high standard—always clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The owners are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. Most of the apartments offer off-road parking at the rear of the property. For the one without, free overnight parking is typically available on the street between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additionally, the nearby Tesco supermarket provides three hours of free parking, with paid options for extended stays. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Stafford town center and directly across the road from a large Tesco supermarket. Stafford train station is also conveniently located within a five-minute walk. This is an outstanding place to stay, whether you’re visiting Stafford for leisure or working in the area.”

“Hands down the best place we’ve ever been too ! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was amazing and the staff made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were amazing, never seen nothing like it we had such a good time ( who ever comes up with these ideas is amazing) The atmosphere was unreal, such a fun and lively place with great music(including Xmas music) You could really tell they care about giving people a great experience, when wr came for our booking it was really busy but the staff handled it perfectly. Honestly, this is the best place we’ve been for a while in stone, and it completely exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning our next visit couldn’t recommend it enough! Next time I think we’re going to book for bottomless brunch! Thanks guys, merry Christmas”

Lovely spicy chilli sauce but not to hot. Nice pad Thai with extra peanuts on the side to increase the crunch to your liking. Perfectly cooked noodles too. The garlic chicken was amazing. Rich sauce full of flavour. Can't really fault anything and we will definitely return. Extra points for quality coffee afterwards.”
