βIm really grateful that I found them. My dog is reactive with attitude and very moodyβ¦. She is also rescue so I always was afraid to take her to the vet. Here she is carrying very well, Patrycja (vet) and all the nurses are very understanding and helpful. My dog had a surgery and I was informed all the way how the situation look like and how my dog is. Another time she had breathing problem durning the night so I called them in the morning and my dog was seen one hour later and had another surgery. And again, I had received few phone calls with update. All staff are very helpful when I question them about some concerns or queries. Highly recommended.β

βWe've been with Vets4Pets Telford for nearly 10 years, and they have been incredible in looking after our 15-year-old French Bulldog, Chief. While we sadly had to say goodbye to him earlier this month, we know that the team here played a massive part in giving us so many cherished years with our boy. Anytime we had any worry at all, we were at the vet. From the days when Gilles was Head Vet and Tracey was on reception, to all the wonderful ladies on reception now, we're so grateful for all you did. A huge shoutout to the new lead vet, Eva, whom we adore. She has a soft spot for golden oldies, and Chief greatly benefited from that! Chief started acupuncture treatments with her, which was really helpful for him. We always knew Chief was in great hands, and we're so thankful for all she did in his last few days. We also want to give a special shoutout to Tash, Veterinary Nurse, who treated Chief as if he were her own. Your kindness and messages meant so much! We used to visit the vets so frequently that it's going to feel strange not being there all the time, but we still have our cat who will continue to be cared for by them. Thank you to the whole team at Vets4Pets Telford for looking after our warrior. We can't thank you enough for your care and compassion all these years.β
βWe used the emergency service on the weekend to say goodbye to our beloved cat. The staff were very kind, we were extremely upset but they did everything they could to make the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. We really appreciated being given an appointment time and a private quiet area to say goodbye. We were too upset to say much at the time but the care and professionalism were much appreciated. Thankyou from us and Oscar.β
βThis vets were amazing last weekend when my little Buddy sadly passed away. Iβm unsure of the ladies name who dealt with us but Iβll always remember how kind and caring you were at such a difficult and emotional time. I cannot thank you enough for how dignified you made the situation and how much you took care of us. Thank you so much, youβve been brilliant from start to finish!!β

βWe use Wright & Morten Equine as our preferred Yard vets and they are truly superb! Anna visits the yard fortnightly and both myself and my clients have found this routine and reliable service brilliant. The entire team at Wright & Morten, both client facing and behind the scenes members are all excellent. We cannot fault their communication, be it when organising a yard visit or when speaking to them about routine treatments, medications or further treatment options they keep us up to date and give clear and precise instructions. Thanks to all at Wright and Morten for the superb service and care that you provide to the majority of the horses on our Yard!β
βNantwich Equine and Campbell Thompson specifically providing excellent, pragmatic and practical advice as always.β
βTom is the best vet we have ever used. He shows such care of our horse and takes the time to explain everything, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommendedβ
βWe recently had to take our cat (Harry) into Crewe Vets for Pets as an emergency, from ringing to ask for an appt (which we were able to get within 20 mins of ringing) to seeing the vet we had an amazing experience. The staff at this practice are exemplary in their care for the animals (and animal parents !) Harry was looked after with so much care and love, and thankfully has made a full recovery. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel (principle vet) from administering the right treatment to make Harry well again, to advice and reassurance for us while we had to leave Harry with them, he couldn't do enough for us. The team at this practice are amazing and we are so glad that Harry is in safe hands when he has to visit.β
βSpeedy, efficient service with an understanding vet, who listens to the person that knows her pet inside out. An extremely helpful clerical officer, who patiently guided me through the insurance claim process. My little dog is on the road to recovery, thank goodness.β
βI took our elderly hamster Dumpling in this evening and they treated his prolapsed cheek within 15 minutes. Canβt thank or recommend them enough! The vet got him seen and fixed him up straight away and the nurse was so kind to me as I was so upset and gave me great advice on how to avoid the same issue in the future. Heβs happily back in his bed without too much disruption. Amazing!β
