“Food was excellent. Catered for vegetarian and meat eaters. The restaurant looked clean and welcoming. Staff were attentive and clearly wanting to please. We requested some fresh Coriander and green chillies and these were provided without hesitation. Complimentary poppadoms were given too. Well definitely try eating in the restaurant one time soon.”

“Been couple of times and eaten in and also had takeaway. On my last visit I ordered two takeaway fish and chips and noticed the food portions have gone very small the fish was very small and thin. The chips had alot of eyes in them and been taken out on preparation before being chipped”

“We were staying at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel for the night prior to our flight out of LHR and on the hunt for dinner options. As part of the quick search on Google Maps we stumbled across Kaniz and decided to give it a go. The restaurant is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel (exit the hotel and turn left). It was a Sunday early evening and we were immediately seated. The food and service were great. Appetizers were flavorful and plenty. Main courses were also well prepared, tasted fresh, and had good flavors. Overall, a good option when traveling through LHR airport.”

“Honestly one of the best Kebab places I’ve been to. The chicken was so juicy, the salad was one of the freshest I’ve ever had, the bread and sauces were absolutely perfect. Only the lamb was a little tough but still had so much flavour. Amazing place.”

“5* food at this restaurant featuring re-invented Turkish classics. The aroma of fresh bread is recognizable by walking near the venue, which is hidden behind tall flowerbeds. I loved the Iskender: lamb pieces were juicy and tender, portion is generous but not excessive for one person, limited butter which is good for your health. Service charge includes complimentary homemade bread and olives. The restaurant has many covers to serve, so be patient about service, although the wait was more than reasonable on Sat lunchtime. Highly recommended for tourists.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Fenchurch Restaurant. The views, the food, the service everything was perfect. We celebrated my mother’s Birthday and our wonderful server Valentina even wrote her a little note which was such a lovely gesture! In general Valentina made our stay extra special and was very attentive and kind. The food was out of this world! Especially the veil chop made us gasp! It’s definitely not an everyday thing to do but makes every special occasion extra special. Thanks again to the whole team!”

“I came here for dinner before a show at The Globe. I got a drink, an appetizer, and an entree salad (needed something lighter). Everything I tried was absolutely spectacular, the service was superb (they checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was up to par too) , and the atmosphere was so comfortable. “Delicious Ugandan food. We tried a lot of different dishes. Everything was great. My absolute favorites were the groundnut stew (binyebwa/gnut) and whole fried tilapia with posho and matooke. My Dad was Ugandan and those were his favorite dishes, and they do them very well here. We also tried the goat and beef stews, chapati, samosas and goat tripe soup. If you like tripe, that soup is fantastic and the chapati with the stews are pure comfort food.”

“Just ordered 2 margherita pizzas and tiramisu for 2, the pizza was very nice however they’ve put both tiramisu’s in 1 container on top of each other, the bottom one is so obvious that was ruined way before the trip its all mushy and you cant even see the shape of it, this isnt the level of service I would expect as these are not free and not cheap, would never buy online from here ever again. UPDATE:28.09.25- I was contacted by the manager from the enfield branch who was very apologetic and offered a £20 voucher to dine in any of the prezzo restaurants, thank you for contacting me and looking into this!”

“Really lovely little spot within a great grocery store. The food selection is perfect for lunch and it was one of those menus where I couldn’t decide because it all looked so good! We had the pittas and also a lovely light IPA. The fries were a bit of a curve ball as they’re not actually fries they’re lightly spice crispy potato’s with a curry mayo. They were really good! The main highlight for us was that the kids offering; a nice selection of pitta, hummus, apple and blueberries and they also had a little mini fruit platter of watermelon, kiwi and orange slices. This was really nice to see as a lot of kids offerings are just chicken and chips, so was good to have something different.”

“My absolute favourite cozy date spot in London. I literally felt like I was in the Alps enjoying a fondue after a long day of skiing, only to unfortunately realise I was still in London after stepping out… Food: for drinks we had a 200ml glass of their pinot noir each (we were 2 people) and it felt like a good match for the rest of the dinner. For starters we had the escargots and the pâté. The pâté was fresh and very appetising with good consistency. The escargots were the only disappointing point of the whole dinner. As a fan of the dish in general, I found them to be a bit too oily for my liking and generally the sauce was overwhelming. A suggestion would be to use a bit less oil and tone it down a bit in general. For mains, what I will say is that I did not expect a London fondue to be this good. We had the Moitié-Moitié with bread and baby potatoes and it was perfect. The flavour was amazing, the texture and consistency were perfect, the temperature was perfect, everything about it was perfect. Bread was as it should be - not too fresh - the traditional way and potatoes perfectly cooked. For dessert we had the chocolate fondue which was the cherry on the cake. Nice and rich chocolate with fruits, marshmallows and biscuits. It was phenomenal. Only thing I would say as advice to the restaurant is maybe include more marshmallows and bananas rather than kiwi and clementine because they don’t really go too well with chocolate, especially the clementine. I know orange and chocolate are nice together but fresh clementine is too juicy and the texture of the chocolate gets ruined. Overall it was so good that I will ignore the escargot disappointment and give it a perfect score. **Note for those that will order starters + cheese fondue + chocolate fondue for 2 people: don’t. Unless you have the stomach of an elephant do not attempt this, we eat a lot generally and failed to finish miserably. If you want to taste everything and don’t mind leaving food behind go ahead, otherwise stick to the fondue combo only (no starters) and you will probably still struggle.** Service: the service was great, staff were very friendly and accommodating while the kitchen was speedy and efficient. We were given our alone time but never felt neglected and all the food came out with no waiting time - perfect could not have been better. Atmosphere: AMAZING for a cozy date night or a nice and relaxing night out with friends to escape the London chaos. Decorated with Swiss pots and pans, horns, bells and paintings with beautiful wooden interior. Matched with the beautiful tunes in the background at just the right volume, it was literally perfect. Nothing could have been better or nicer.”

“If you are craving a Turkish takeaway, trust me when I say, Efes is the place to order and nowhere else! You can trust this place for quality with your eyes closed. I have been ordering for years and it is consistently great. I am never disappointed. I ordered my favourite lamb ribs, you get 7 chunky pieces, they were fresh, meaty, well seasoned and cooked perfectly on the grill. Served with delicious Turkish rice done as it should be, the most delicious homemade chilli sauce which I love so much ( I must say my only complaint is that they don’t give enough of it, its too small for the meal). You also get a grilled pepper and tomato, garlic sauce, lovely bread and salad. The portion is generous and served piping hot. I just love Efes. When you think Turkish food think Efes ❤️”
