“We've been coming here for years, and, after a very long hiatus (due to covid, a house move / a relocation), we decided to come back. I visited with my parents and my partner (from France), and the food was just as a good as I remembered - I had the korma and it was incredible! Yazz is simply lovely, and we had such a nice time. We'll definitely be back the next time I'm over from France!”

“Martini/The Cottage is a very cozy spot for some Italian food. We’d long been meaning to go in and decided to book in for a table of 6 last night. I like the old building a lot. Low ceilings, nice and warm inside, old architecture meets modern decor. Our food was great. I thought the garlic mushrooms with pancetta and cheese were incredible. Very filling and full of flavour. The veal I had for the main course didn’t disappoint either. Some of the most amazing mashed potatoes I’ve had and some very flavourful meat. I’m very impressed. The prices were very good as well. I expected the final bill to be much more. Lastly, they serve a very good pint of birra moretti in here. We hope to return soon!”

“Really enjoyed our breakfast at Bill's. Their big breakfast isn't as big, but was definitely delicious and hence I was able to completely polish it off. They even changed the egg to match my preference. The bacon, baked beans, eggs, mushrooms, and sausages were cooked to perfection. The black pudding however was not my favourite. Their jam and toast martini with vodka was one of my favourite things all day. Definitely try this if you visit.”

“We went for lunch as we had our granddaughter for the day and loved the "kids eat free in the holidays" deal. The food is always delicious and portions generous. Thank you for looking after us Gabbie, you were fabulous, and we appreciated your patience when a five year old bossy boots was listing what she wanted for her dessert. If you've got the app there's always more treats and deals so it's well worth downloading before you go The Marry Me Rigatoni was a triumph and my Caesar Salad one of the best I've ever had. “I've lived near Crich for 4 years and have only just got round to eating here. My brother and I arrived early and were worried we'd be the only ones eating there. How wrong we were! Within about half an hour, every table was taken. It's clearly a family business, and everyone at front of house is really lovely and friendly. The real winner here though, is the food. Presentation is absolutely top notch, the portions are generous (we brought some home in a doggy bag!) and the flavours are exquisite. I don't know who the chef is, but they clearly care about food and their art. We REALLY enjoyed our visit here, and will definitely be back. I feel quite lucky that such a great restaurant is located in this sleepy little village - and the rest of the locals clearly feel the same.”

“Had a wonderful experience at Kurdistan Restaurant earlier 29th July , Portsmouth! The food was authentic and full of flavor—especially the kebabs and fresh naan. “We were driving back to Birmingham from the north and decided to stop for something different. We chose this restaurant for its Saudi Arabian food, and it did not disappoint! We ordered kebda, lamb mandi, chicken mandi, and waraq inab. The kebda was honestly the best I’ve ever had in the UK — the sauce was unique and full of flavor. The lamb mandi was delicious, with soft, tender meat and rich taste. We didn’t get a chance to try the chicken because the portions were very generous — each dish was more than enough for one person, and we were already full! Ayoub was kind, professional, and very helpful. He even gave us two extra tiramisu boxes for my girls for free as gift — such a lovely gesture! The restaurant’s design also stood out — it offers full privacy so you can enjoy your food in peace. The Arabic majlis-style seating and traditional decor created a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We will absolutely come back to this restaurant. Total payment: £35 for everything. Hygiene: Excellent!”

“Had an opportunity to go to this restaurant to eat last night. The food was delicious. Cooked to perfection, the service provided was exemplary, the prices were very economical. My daughter's ordered wraps and burgers and they were amazed at how delicious they were. I ordered a beef platter with a chips as a side. The beef was cooked to perfection with caramalised onions and a pepper sauce. The beef strips were lovely and succulent, not chewy at all, the spices were just right. The waiting time for the food was just right, it was well worth the wait. We needed to say our prayers and the management very easily accommodated us and we're very welcoming. I would highly recommend this lovely place to everyone.”
