“I had a lovely recommendation to buy a dress from Faith which I needed for a show. I gave her the Description and specifications of what I need and she directed me to a lovely dress that matched exactly what I needed. When I needed to return one of the dresses (I bought two in different sizes so I could compare and find the perfect size for me) because there was a previous customer’s make-up stain on the collar of the dress, Faith very helpfully talked me through the return process and reassured me I would not be blamed for the mark. The other dress worked perfectly for its purpose and I left feeling confident and reassured! Thank you!”

The floor staff are great, always humour my requests to get the sets from the top, if there's a return or exchange they just help and process it. During Christmas they have longer hours too and almost always have a sale on items so worth checking out.”

“Aisles are wider than other stores so there is plenty of room for the disabled & infirm to shop. Shelves stocked on a regular basis & not too much a wait at the tills.”

She placed in suit case and tossed box.Later learned manufacturing sewn one up to tight and shorter.Manager did NOT hesitate to allow me to swap for another pair she admired..Sometimes manufacturing makes errors and even without box they stood by their products,reason only place we go,and they stock most recent offerings like back in the states..Nice people always working there.”

“Top service from the owners, the lengha that I bought from here has been worn a few times and is still perfect. Alterations were done in good time and were done to an excellent standard.
