“A great hub for delivering medical education to undergraduates and lost graduates”
“Today I found one of the best terapeut Doctor, with a maximum level in treatment for the pacients. Today I found the solution to treat my wife problem with the hip pain, after 4 months. I recommend this place for treatment.”
“Hi . Joined the practice this week. Staff have been very helpful, polite. Long may it continue Brilliant service today ( 01/07/25) I filled in the online form, had a telephone consultation on the same day. GP requested to see me in the afternoon. Blood tests arranged. Honestly brilliant. So happy I changed to Tettenhall MP”
“I attended an MRI scan today in a port cabin at the car park.Everything was good .Both radiologists were very kind. Thank you very much.”
“When we moved here 27yrs ago we asked our neighbours about Doctors.and Albrighton was recommended. That was the best thing we ever did! They will always put themselves out to help, and there isn't many Doctors that will try to see you the same day.The staff should be proud of themselves.”
“Have been using Embrace every three months for the last three years. ALL staff, receptionists, nurses and doctors are very professional. No attitude, professional. non-judgemental, understanding, warm, friendly, caring. I cannot fault the way in which I am treated on every visit. I thoroughly recommend Embrace and I thank them for the great way that I am treated. Thank you Embrace.”
“I cannot rate the surgery highly enough. I have and a recent medical scare and the support of Dr Tahira Ismat has been second to none. Her attention to detail and thoroughness, ensured I was seen by the right people quickly. Her professionalism and empathy filled me with confidence during a very emotional time. I cannot express my depth of gratitude. Thank you so very much from myself and my family.”
“I love this pharmacy. They are very organised, patient, respectful and responsive. I’ve always been able to see a pharmacist when I need it and get prescriptions too. Every staff member I’ve dealt with is just lovely and really good at their jobs. I’ve been in here so many times and never seen or heard staff being rude or unhelpful. Yes at times there is a long wait to be served. Longest I’ve waited was 20 minutes. However this is not a regular occurrence and only really happens during peak times. There are ample seats for customers to wait on.”
“Moxley Medical Centre is hands down one of the best GP surgeries I've ever visited. From the moment you walk in, the receptionists greet you with warmth and professionalism, making you feel valued and cared for. They are always polite, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to assist with appointments or any queries you may have. The medical staff are equally amazing—understanding, compassionate, and truly attentive to your concerns. They take the time to listen and ensure that you feel heard, which makes a huge difference when you're unwell or seeking advice. Another big plus is the minimal waiting time. Unlike many surgeries where you feel like you're waiting forever, Moxley Medical Centre runs efficiently without making you feel rushed. Overall, the level of care and professionalism at this surgery is exceptional. I would highly recommend Moxley Medical Centre to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive GP practice. I have moved now and I really hope the next GP is as good as this one.”
“I think this is a great gym. I hired Michelle as my Personal Trainer for 6 sessions. I was a total gym hater and didn't know what to expect from a PT. Michelle was wonderful she was patient yet challenging when I needed to be challenged. She keeps my sessions varied and is a real motivational trainer. Michelle has me running and planking which is amazing considering I am a novice. I now look forward to going.”
“How anyone can leave a negative review I don’t know. If you phone at 8am/12pm you get a same day appointment. The girls on reception are lovely, the doctors are fab. Never had an issue.”
“Amazing service. Two individuals are amazing - Sharon and Aiysha. They have been so helpful it’s phenomenal. I think as fathers we need to take our emotions out of the service offered and be pragmatic and logical. Yes - there are certain items we would like immediately but these employees are under so much pressure we would not believe - so how about we give them a break and look at ourselves. I certainly could not do this job - so my hat goes off to these beautiful, helpful individuals- thank you. Always indebted Shan ( Thanks Aiysha and Sharon -You need a bonus - dealing with emotional fathers).”
“Not easy for me to make appointments for work reasons, but regardless, the surgery and staff are never anything but friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond. At a time when services are stretched, I try, like many of us, to seek help from the chemist, this isn’t always viable and the surgery have always offered appointments when available and gone above and beyond. Their support is appreciated and I would recommend their surgery. Thanks again”
“Took my daughter here yesterday with a severe ear infection and high temperature as our gp had no appointments and previously not prescribing strong enough antibiotics that caused her infection to return. It was a 4 hour wait which is to be expected seen as gp surgeries have little or no appointments at the moment. Reception staff were professional and polite dealing with a high volume of patients (more than I can say for my gp receptionist) My daughter was seen within 2 hours for assessment and 2 hours later by a very nice nurse who gave her a thorough check up, put her at ease and prescribed her with a higher dose of antibiotics. All staff here do a great job considering the amount of pressure they are under by gp surgeries not seeing patients.”
“I have been with this surgery since I was a kid I’m now 43. I’ve never had a problem with the staff any staff, they try their best even when dealing with the most difficult of people which I’ve witnessed. My daughter is also with this surgery and is 15 and the staff are very understanding and great with her. When a surgery opened close to where we live the rest of the family moved to it and have regretted it ever since.”
“I’ve had to deal with the surgery on behalf of an ill family member. They have been brilliant: very helpful and supportive. The receptionists are lovely. You do see a different doctor every time, but that is the same everywhere now and all of them have been excellent. For a very busy practice, how they handle phone calls first time is great. I’ve not had to wait each time - about 20 times in 6 months.”
“I was having trouble getting my medication. I called Bath Street to Ashk what I could do . The next day they called to tell me they had sorted it out with my pharmacy and I would get my medication delivered the next day. I was very grateful. Amazing service.”
“My recent experience has been very good my mom was being very sick rang surgery for home visit it was after 10.30am used the new service where you leave your details and they ring you back within a few minutes had reply took all details about my mom then 20minutes later a nurse arrived to check her over she has a virus treatment was very good linda”
“I want to be honest I’m critical old school but young still:) if I’m desperate I get appointments. Jot all staff are great that’s true it looks like you have forced some to be there. However the physio is exceptional the doctors don’t just tend to hand you any old thing. Some are genuinely interested in how you are feeling I’ve had that on more than one occasion. I’ve had much worse surgeries in bilston such as bilson health centre. Often things can be out and f the person on the desks control. That’s why I’ve never got angry with them. They don’t get paid enough. Your health isn’t worth the stress with that and I get stressed easily very easy. The only thing I can advise is message them phone or arrive on same day before 8 am they have always tried their best with me and that’s the receptionists across all the surgeries not one or two each one has always tried to get an appointment so it’s not like they would know me personally I guess I’m trying to say. I can only suggest this. Times are changing we no longer get family doctors. They see loads a day. Yes I agree they get paid enough. One doctor though actually made me think differently he pointed out a truth. Last year not even year ago I was in hospital passed out with blood pressure of 200. Ended up in icu. Always known blood pressure issues so hospital should kept me in they sent me home as I woke up told me it was stress. My doctor pointed out I couldn’t have had a panic attack whilst unconscious that that’s what’s known as a symptomatic heart attack. It made sense I don’t remember much but I know I wernt panicking as I was only at 111 I though I had a water infection and was weekend.they told me go see my doctor and as my doctor rightly pointed out. How can I monitor your blood p24 hours I can’t come home with you. I can’t xray you. I can’t send blood test to reception and get back within hour . I can only do so much. In all honesty they changed over years of the way I thought. I thought that’s right he has a point. Sometimes though I get it it’s easier to blame who’s in front of you. Unfortunately when they refer you or it’s something out of their control it becomes a complaint. This isn’t a lecture please don’t think this. However I made me think when he put it like this to me. Also it don’t help when people don’t cancel appointments. That could be used for you. Just like you get the arrogant people who won’t move out the way when an ambulance has its siren on “. That’s a second that could save someone. I guess it’s a new way looking at things”
