The care and attention my mom has received since having her puppy from Chloe is outstanding. Chloe has amazing knowledge and has really helped my mom give the best care to her little belle. We have spent ages talking to Chloe even when she’s been on her break she has helped us with any questions we had and making sure we have the right food to the correct harness. I would highly recommend jollyes especially if you are first time pet owner. I would also like to say the other staff members are so lovely and so welcoming.”

“Excellent fresh produce at great prices. Britain's favourite supermarket, l believe. I do my main shop here regularly, as l find the fresh produce is better quality & fresher than the big brand stores. It lasts so well, we buy both yellow and green bananas, as l don't have to shop so often anymore as it's all so fresh. We also like their pizzas, they compare well with their competitor brands and the sweet chilli chicken is lovely. We didn't like chicken on a pizza until we tried this favour. It's great with a salad. I highly recommend Aldi supermarket, it's excellent value for money.”

“I purchased a cricut from this store last week. Took it home and it wouldn't connect. Upon returning the item to the store, it appeared there was a fault batch. The manager Dave and his colleague Hayley were so helpful and understanding that I was lent the store machine until my new one arrived. A week later, I had a call to say the new batch was in stock, excited to collect my new machine I headed down to bently bridge. However, same issue the machine didnt work. Meg who served me was amazing and went through every single machine only to find the who batch was faulty apart from one machine the whole process was stressful and time consuming however, the staff demonstrated amazing customer service skills and I have left a happy customer. “After nearly 5 years of starting the 'process' with Camhs, our daughter was referred here, via our GP, and diagnosed with ADHD and treatment was started to try and help her. We weren't promised an instant fix and were told it would be a monitoring process to help her get her life better. I won't say it's been easy but what I WILL say is these lovely people have restored our faith.. they genuinely care and our daughter trusts them. That's the best part. She has had to remove herself from further education because no diagnosis meant No help. That's awful when you watch a perfectly capable, clever young person, vegetate at home. When we went again for further screening with Camhs (BeeU) we were told at the assessment stage, that our daughter wasn't even going to be put forward for ADHD assessment and yet here we are, nearly 15 months later, and that is exactly what we have and she is so happy to be FINALLY listened to. We are now, finally (and after various reports suggesting strongly, that this is likely) being offered final assessment of ASD with this wonderful team. We would like to thank you all, for helping our daughter. We saw Frazer Funnel on our first visit and he completely 'got ' our daughter and understood our struggles too. So, so grateful. All the team we have met so far, including all the lovely front of house, admin team, make this journey better and more bearable. Dr Mohammad, we are thankful to Frazer and yourself for fighting for our corner. Thank you all.”

“It was a wonderful process getting our kitchen designed at Wren Wolverhampton, Sangha was just amazing at understanding our needs and what we needed to get done and his input was very helpful and valuable to us. Sangha was extremely well at communicating the ideas and making sure it met our comfort whilst also looking good; as well as being patient and having multiple back and forth meetings until we were able to finalise our final design and we must say we now love it. The delivery was punctual and smooth, replacements were quick. Will definitely be consulting Sangha for any new future kitchen project as he was just brilliant.
