The service there was appalling, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. However, this particular store has completely restored my trust in the brand. Every time I pop in, I receive the best service, and it’s always a positive experience. I especially want to commend one of the managers. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s an Asian male with glasses who consistently goes above and beyond. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to excellent customer service are exceptional. Thank you to this store and its amazing team for showing how customer service should be done. If only all Boots stores operated like this one!”

I initially asked a member of staff, Paul, where to find a particular product, and not only did he point me in the right direction, but he later came over to offer more in-depth help. He took the time to understand what I was growing and gave great advice on improving soil quality specifically for growing vegetables. His product knowledge was excellent, and it really showed that he knew what he was talking about—especially as he mentioned that he grows his own vegetables and uses the same products himself. In a time where good customer service feels increasingly rare, it was refreshing to receive such personal and helpful support. It made me feel confident that I’d chosen the right place to shop. We had the pleasure of meeting Rochelle and Dani - both were absolutely amazing with all 3 girls and even got hyped up along with them to make it an exciting event! I have read a lot of negative reviews and wanted to post my good experience! I work in the NHS and have a very good understanding of infection prevention practices. Both ladies washed their hands thoroughly, wore masks, visors and gloves and all the girls ears were properly sterilised before they went anywhere near her with the gun. I can’t rate them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to return with the time comes for the younger daughter.”
