“We used Cats Cradle for the 1st time in September 2024. Beverley who runs it made sure my 2 cats settled very well which I was a bit worried about. This wasn't the usual place that they stay but on collection they seemed very happy. I would certainly use this cattery again.”

“Absolutely a fabulous place to take your dog, friendly staff, treat your dog like its there own. My dog was talked to and made to feel calm while being groomed. She loves a fuss and that's just what they did. She looked lovely when she was done they take great pride in what they do and always make sure the dogs are perfect before they leave and smelling great. They also stock a range of dog treats and food also dog accessories like leads and beds and shampoos and sprays that smell good. Would definitely go there again.”

“My dog is a nightmare having her nails clipped and she is so anxious but everytime ive took her to shampoodles they get cut within a few minutes and she gets lots of love and treats afterwards. Absolutely so impressive and would not take anywhere else:)”

“This is a great pet shop. I visit regularly for my dogs food and treats (there’s a fab selection). Bridgette is lovely, always friendly and helpful, in particular recently sharing her knowledge of a product she sells for nervous/anxious dogs. I have a Labrador who’s not a good traveler in the car. Bridgette mentioned a CBD oil spray that may help. I have tried it twice when taking my dog in the car and have noticed a big improvement in how he’s reacting. He seems calmer and a lot less vocal. I would highly recommend giving the shop a visit!”

“Came across this place by chance after buying a parrot from another place last weekend and needing additional supplies. The range available is brilliant and the staff are phenomenal. I visited twice within the space of a few days and on both occasions, they have been so helpful with great advice. I cannot recommend them enough. So pleased.”

“Brilliant Vets. We recently had to take our kakariki Artie to rosewood vets. Dr Antonio (I believe his name was) was recommended by our usual vets as being very good with birds. We had been to see bird specialists in the past in Birmingham and had awful experiences so we were very nervous about taking Artie. The receptionist was lovely and the vet spoke to Artie like he was a person not just a bird (which we had not experienced in the past by bird specialists) so we felt very comfortable with him. He was very mindful about what was best for Artie and that birds can get stressed very quickly. He gave Artie some antibiotics and told us to call back the next day if he was still alive so we weren’t wasting money buying the whole course of antibiotics if he wasn’t going to live. He was very genuine and treated us like he cared for Artie just as much. Unfortunately Artie passed away so my mom called the next day to cancel the antibiotics. We have just received a sympathy card, which we weren’t expecting. We are so pleased with this vets! We will definitely take our other animals there. Nowhere else I would trust with my birds.”
