“Shopping at Donnington store today after a long time between visits. Travelling on escalator from Upper floor to ground my hubby who struggles with the effects of Parkinsons missed stepping off the escalator and fell. Two wonderful people who were behind us helped out and stayed with him while I paid for Shopping so I could get him home. The staff nearby were also very quick to respond were attentive and helped me complete my purchases through the checkout. I can't thank you all enough. Sorry I didn't get anyone's names. “Hi Boots I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the Trysul Road Branch, Wolverhampton. My father-in-law had an urgent prescription but the pharmacy only had one of the two items in stock. The Pharmacist, Halima, called the local branches and found where the other item could be obtained as she was uncertain when the ordered item would arrive due to the weather problems. Area Manager, Gavin O’Hanlon, who happened to be in the branch at the time, said he would go collect it for us and so the prescription was ready very quickly. The branch sent me a text advising it was ready and we then delivered it to a very relieved 89 year old. Thank you to the staff for going the extra mile on this one.
