“Went to the gatehouse yesterday with the family for the first time since the reopening and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Me and the family got a mix of the new menu and the Christmas menu and it was amazing and cooked beautifully. The staff were welcoming and attentive so I was very pleased with the service we received. Definitely would recommend!!!!”

“Visited this venue with a group of friends for the first time, and we were all very impressed. This is a large, clean, and recently modernised pub. The food available is excellent quality and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and make everyone feel very welcome with their nothings-too-much trouble attitude. If you are over 60, I recommend you try their monday lunchtime seniors menu. Which is worth more than 5 stars for quality and value. Their pot of tea was just right, too. They also have cards and dominoes if you go with a friend and fancy a game. There is ample car parking available. This one is worth a try. I doubt you will be disappointed.”

“This is a great little quaint spoons for you, travelled from N.I to see my missus and stopped in for a pint or two and i must say unbelievable bar staff who are so friendly and love a chat will definitely be back when in the vicinity, made me feel so welcome and had time for everyone. Great staff and even better establishment.”

“Me and my wife visited this pub after our regular pub wasn't serving food. Not only was the beer a lot cheaper than our regular pub the food that we ordered was very tasty. For the fans that like sports there are several large tv's dotted around the pub and there's always a selection of various music playing.”

“We visited the Bentley Green Beefeater in Walsall for our little boy’s 8th birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! There were 11 of us in total, and the team made us feel completely welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offer was excellent — plenty of choice, everything hot and fresh, and the self serve area constantly topped up. Everyone in our group, from kids to grandparents, found something they loved. The quality was brilliant, and the atmosphere perfect for a family celebration. A special mention has to go to Stacey, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy, always had a smile, and made our little boy feel really special. It’s rare to find service that good these days, and she really made the morning memorable. Thank you to Stacey and the whole team at Bentley Green for such a lovely start to our day — we’ll definitely be back!”

“Family meal with couples all travelling from different directions! Really impressed by the place - first impression was good as it felt warm and welcoming on arrival! The staff approached quickly and seated us at booked table. When everyone had arrived orders were given and drinks arrived promptly. We didn’t have to wait too long but weren’t in a rush as we caught up with news. The food was excellent, hot and tasty, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend!”

“Amazing pub, food was delicious! Perfect amount to fill you up, staff are very friendly and talkative. Kids really enjoyed them selves out in the garden with the bouncy castle and park! “Went in for my birthday meal with family! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially Jayne who made the whole evening very easy, and pleasant. She was extremely helpful and patient with my group of 10. Would definitely return! Food was superb!”

“This was a brilliant restaurant for lunch, with a warm interior replicating greenery! The Christmas decorations at the time of visit were nice and leather seating is comfortable, counter is neat in itself. I had a diet coke to accompany the fresh Chicken Wings with a delicious spicy sauce, servers were friendly and cleanliness was solid!”

“First time visit and extremely happy with the service and quality of the food, the location is in such a peaceful area next to a beautiful lake very picturesque, see pictures, A meal for 3 with our 2 dogs who were also made welcome very welcome (most definitely animal lovers here) The food was so tasty, well cooked and fulfilled all of our requirements, One being vegan so very happy with the quality of the food, the presentation and the taste, Cooked to perfection she said, I had the Mexican flaming challenge and the burgers were so juicy not burnt as I've had elsewhere, well cooked and tasted beautiful so wished I'd taken a picture, the 3rd meal was also cooked perfect and no complaints at all, Very much value for money, The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite especially in times like these during the Pandemic, All professional we felt very safe, Would highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem, We most definitely will be returning, Thank you very much. 2nd Visit was even better Fantastic food yet again and such great value, I cant wait to visit again”

“We've visited the Brad many times with mostly good experiences. However, this evening the experience was fantastic. Ian the lad who served the food was great. Very polite and obviously took pride in his work. The food this eve was really good. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the burgers were juicy. The offers on the menu were really good too. We'll defo be back.”

“We had a bottomless brunch and were served by Tom and Holly all I can say is 10/10. We each had 8 drinks in the 90 minutes and we had a delicious meal. The service was really fast and holly and Tom were lovely! I would highly recommend it’s been a lovely bottomless brunch we will be doing it again! “We have been quite a few times when it was Warren's, but today we went to try their reinvented restaurant Sakana, and we were not disappointed. We ordered from the lunch menu, which was exceptional value for money. The portions were huge and the food was so flavourful and fresh. We were totally blown away by the authentic flavours and beautiful presentation. As always, the staff were really attentive and lovely. We will definitely be returning to try the set menu, as that looked amazing too. I will also be recommending to friends and family. It's so nice to have such a wonderful pan-asian restaurant nearby, as we usually have to travel to Birmingham for this standard of food and service, but no more! Thank you everyone at Sakana!”
