“Brilliant night out! Lovely gaffers and the bar staff are so attentive! Wide range of drinks on offer, weekly entertainment, jukebox, quiz night! A very safe and friendly venue!”
“These are the most beautiful people you can ever wish to meet”
“I enjoyed my impromptu visit to The Swan, Darlaston. Some friendly folk in there. The beer is good and the price is right. Staff are polite and approachable too.”
“My favourite pub in Wolverhampton. Friendly down to earth staff and customers...”
“Excellent bar for a night out, has live music on certain nights, comfy seating areas, they keep it really clean throughout the night. The staff were excellent and friendly. Great selection of cocktails and drinks behind the bar. Highly recommend if you want a fun night out.”
“Absolutely awesome pub, both patrons and staff are very friendly, theres a very warm welcoming atmosphere for strangers and it was a real pleasure to have been there for a couple of pints”
“Love this pub with it’s happy friendly atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and you won’t get a better pint elsewhere!!”
“Always a proper pub to enjoy company and quality beers.”
“Place full of characters and cold beer just want a marine boat club should be, plus friendly staff couldn't ask for more.”
“This gay pub takes a far more relaxed approach to its customers than the competition. The new owners are really friendly people too. The music is variable (which is nice on the gay scene) and the Hart is open late (3am) on weekends. £2.50 a pint and selected drinks for £1 blew me away. There is a big young crowd but older people are made to feel more than welcome. Not as cliquey as most gay places are. I found myself talking quite easily to friendly people I didn't even know. The Hart is at the edge of some brown field site which is its only drawback. Inside is nicely decorated however. The toilets were clean when I visited and I noticed that the doorstaff checked them regularly (telling the barman at one point that someone had made a mess - he promptly cleaned it up). All in all, a very pleasant place to visit. It might not be in the best location or have the fanciest decor but the level of customer service is excellent. There is also ample parking across the road and in full view from the pub.”
“After finally being allowed from Boris to eat out, I got a chance to pop in and try some tasty Indian food. Once ordered, drinks, popadoms and a selection of sauces were brought to our table. Followed by our hot food ordered which looked amazing, extremely tasteful, plentiful and totally delicious. Staff were so friendly, will most definitely be visiting again to try out some more of the menu, the alcohol drinks at the bar looked very appealing, definitely for a night out soon.”
“Great service Great staff good atmosphere made welcome by all”
“Great club. Made welcome by everyone”
“I had a Too Good To Go bag from Mrs Browns Kitchen a few weeks ago - It was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much”
“Always great food and friendly staff, Aimie was very kind and made us feel welcome. The children also found 12 ice-creams.”
“Fantastic selection! Couldn't believe they had Bundaberg Rum! Really friendly & helpful too :-) Will use them from now on.”

Everyone is so friendly our waiter was a lovely young lad. Our breakfast was delicious cooked to perfection by Norma. Thank you, everyone made our one night stay so memorable.”
“A lovely campsite, clean and warm toilet & shower block. Staff realy helpful and the pub is a tardis, good selection of drinks the food was excellent. Very close to Bridgnorth has loads of parking for all types of vehicles. Will definitely stay here again”
“Absolutely fantastic! The chef clearly puts heart into every dish. The food arrived hot, flavorful, and beautifully arranged. I left fully satisfied and eager to return.”
“This was my first experience of dining in a restaurant, under the 'Eat Out to Help Out Scheme' introduced by the government. It was only possible to reserve a table for lunchtime on Tuesday 18th - evenings were fully booked out. There was outdoor seating which was decently spaced out. I ordered the Pad Thai (main) with Tofu and a starter of Spring Rolls (vegetable), all served on the same plate. A Chang-style lager went well with it. I think this is the best Thai Meal I have tasted for a while; the restaurant is worth another visit and I will try out the other meals :)”
“We visited Toluca for my friend's birthday, we had pre booked our table otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get a seat, as it was a Saturday and every table was full! There was a live band which we all loved and it added an even better atmosphere, all the tables loved the music and was singing along. The food was delicious, I have an egg allergy which they gave me a separate menu which contained the allergies on. We didn't wait too long for our food approximately 40 minutes but the drinks flowed nicely. The staff were very friendly and approachable. They understood the menu and were able to recommend their favourite dishes and which dishes contained eggs, but reasured me with a menu. When the food arrived it was presented very nicely and tasted so good! As there was 20 of us and pretty much ordered different dishes to each other, nobody had a bad thing to say and we all had empty plates! I would defiantly recommend this place for anyone celebrating, date night, light lunch. As it was late evening when we arrived no young children were present but I have seen children eating at Toluca throughout the day time for lunch. For me the live band, the food and the great flow of drinks made this night a great night!”
“Staff absolutely run off their feet today but can’t fault the place at all. Food and service were wonderful to say how busy they were! More staff needed in my opinion to reduce the pressure on these fabulous people. Will definitely visit again.”
“Great place to come and socialise, eat great traditional food and drink beer. Suitable for groups of people couple's or solo drinkers. Old world decor reminding people of a Victorian Black Country era. The ambience is welcoming and cosy. Tipton railway station is about a 10 minute walk away making Mad O'Rourke's accessible from Birmingham and Wolverhampton.”
“I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Côte in Shrewsbury this weekend, and I can confidently say it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The food was nothing short of fantastic—beautifully presented, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. Every course was a delight, from the starters to the dessert. What truly made the evening unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. Our waitress, Rachel, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm, friendly manner and attention to detail genuinely made my weekend. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and she made us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. She convinced me to support Liverpool FC. I’ll definitely be recommending Côte to all my friends. Whether you're after a romantic dinner or a relaxed meal with friends, this place delivers on all fronts. Five stars, without a doubt!”
“Fantastic place to eat. Staff are great. Food is amazing. What more needs to be said. Thank you to Sophie for great service”
“Found the Builders arms online and the reviews seem good! We had a party of 4 to entertain for the weekend so this place seemed right. Great selection of Alcohol and the food was tasty. I thought the prices were decent and worth it for what we had. We were served by Angus, he was a friendly guy, made some good conversation while we checked out the menu and made the visit enjoyable. . Would definitely go back!”
“First time eating here for their evening menu and I'm pleasantly surprised. Had a large mixed grill and not only was the food cooked beautifully but the value for money is fantastic. Also, the salt and pepper chips is a must do side dish. 2 for 2 for 5 stars on the breakfast and dinner options.”
“Had the special thia curry salmon rice and chips .it was very tasty. Nice flavours it in.see pictures. Nice drinks . We just turned up it might be worth booking a table.”
“A lovely and chill pub garden on a sunny evening. Worth a visit if you are already in the area, not sure I would drive far to go again, but wouldn't say no if I found myself near it again”
