“This is our go too chinese , have been using it since the 80s the only gripe we have is they took chicken maryland of the menu , this meal used to feed 3 of our kids lols , always had decent food .sadly this takeaway has now closed down owners apparently went back to China, the building has been sold although as of 20/02/25 unknown what it will trade as .real shame imo used this place for donkeys years”

“It was my first time there and it had such a beautiful interior and exterior design. The hot chocolate I ordered was delicious and stayed piping hot throughout my entire journey home. The staff were a delight and I wish to have more cafes like this one around. I would definitely recommend going.”

“I heard this place was under new management and you can definitely tell, the staff were much more friendly than before and accommodated me well, as well as answering any questions I had regarding the menu. The food arrived very quickly and it was perfect so significant improvements have definitely been made. The food quality and customer service were 10/10, would definitely recommend.”

“Calif Bar is good. They have some quite delicious meals as shown on the menu uploaded. Had their Jollof rice and beef then their poundo yam and egusi soup and they both tasted really nice. The food quantity and quality are also quite alright.”

“Ordered a takeaway from Palash Balti and have to say all our dishes were OUTSTANDING !! My wife's Murgh sagwala was perfect in everway possible and my Chicken tikka Jalfrezi was the BEST I have ever had and I am a massive curry eater. The rices we ordered were stunning and the Keema nan actually had meat inside AND not the usual swipe of paste. The Chef produced the very best food and should be well proud !!”
