“Nice clean place staff helpful and friendly only downside the food inside very exspensive cheaper to take your own drinks and sweets etc !”
“Remarkable, unique, and quintessentially opera for the people, thank you.”
“Friendly staff, amazing service. The best Argos. Very helpful, explaining everything and support. Really the great staff. Always welcoming with smile! Thank you so much for being so outstanding which I can’t say about Birmingham Union Street one. All the best ❤️”
“This great venue has been refurbished and is under new management. It has a great little licenced bar in the foyer that regularly runs different events like creatives mixers and open mics. I've only been in one of the screens (two separate films) and it seemed clean and as comfortable as any normal cinema. Temperature and sound levels all seemed fine. Highly recommend for anyone in Kidderminster area wanting either a cinema night out, or even just a pint!”

“Went to see avatar, heating was broken so it felt like AC was on in winter. £80 for 5 of us - being comfortable felt like a reasonable ask. Bloody horrible, complained but nothing happened. Went to the car to get blankets. ayesha was behind the food counter and came in to offer us some hot chocolate on the house. Sometimes, things go wrong and it’s no one’s fault. How teams handle that stuff makes all the difference as a customer - bringing us hot chocolate to our seats is the kind of simple, kind act of initiative that turns around bad situations. Ayesha, not everyone thinks like this - “treat people like guests in your home” is what amazing people do, and you did instinctively. You’re an asset to the business - drive it like you own it, you’ll go far with that attitude!! Thank you for looking after us.”
“Lovely cinema with good prices for films. Screen 8 has been the regular for us over the last couple of years and is small and cosy. The manager was very kind and helpful recently with me and my lady friend when the vouchers wouldn't work so much appreciated and recommended. Many thanks.”
“Lovely place! The ladies working there are amazing, professional and quick. Had a haircut and highlights done, worth the price paid”
“Love this place so much and so many people can do a lot of things”
“Great place to see a concert. I nearly cancelled as I was in the Grand Tier which is very high and I cant usually stand heights. I must admit for the first time in my life I sat way up near the back but was comfortable with no adverse effects. Really enjoyed the concert as you are not sat behind anyones head. I would be happy to return and recommend.”
“A Professional Outfit, arrived on time, really good service, competitive prices and just overall good experience. We will use again and would recommend to others. Book with confidence!”
“Lovely venue. Excellent atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Great value drinks and snacks...£1.50 For a coffee”
“I have recently been to see Les Miserables, it was amazing the youth actors were fernomal. The voices and acting was out this world. Great performance to all involved.”
“This hidden gem is a great little theatre providing first class entertainment all in house and a great variety of plays both classic and modern. Highly recommended!”
“Visited to see the pantomime with my elderly disabled mother. Staff were very welcoming, understanding and helpful. We were able to get hot drinks (soft drinks and alcohol available too) and there were snacks of crisps etc available too. The show was great fun, to jets were superb value and we will definitely visit again. .”
“Great little theatre with some hilarious amateur actors! Great price too, so brilliant for families! The theatre has a small bar serving alcohol or if that's not your thing, there's also a section selling teas and coffee, plus ice cream during the interval. What's not to like!?”
