“After 6 weeks of excruciating pain being fobbed off by 111 and other NHS dentists with constant antibiotics, I saw Dr Benjamin who was non other than amazing I’m a extremely anxious and nervous patient, who’s past experiences with the dentist haven’t been great with care. I had a massive abscess to which on the second visit (after having some strong antibiotics) hadn’t gone down and was sent to the hospital to the maxfax team to drain it. I had a follow up call from the dentist and booked in to have the tooth removed. Thank you for looking after me and giving me the best care. I’m also entitled to NHS treatment but I would rather pay to been seen by BFD because there care and compassion is next to none ** please update your days & times your open **”

John was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of helpful tips and advice to help me get over this, in addition to providing some treatment as well, to help speed up the healing process. Would recommend, especially if you have a sporting injury, as John has a lot of expertise in this area.”

“We've been taking our two rescue guinea pigs to 608 vets since we got them over 3 years ago. For most of our visits we have been looked after by the exotic vet, Sergio Rodriguez Valera. As they've got older they've had a few issues and this year, they needed two operations each, first for gynae problems and then for skin tumours. Sergio has done an amazing job with them, dealing with some difficult issues in two of the ops, and both guinea pigs are now doing great. He always took time to explain what he was doing, answering our many questions, and really cared about how they were. Five stars isn't really enough. Thank you Sergio, I don't think it's overstating it to say they probably wouldn't still be here without you.”

“Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further”

She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and had previously given me helpful advice on how to avoid grinding my teeth, which I really appreciated. Nurse Ifat was also wonderful very efficient and encouraging, which really helped since I was a bit nervous. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The reception staff deserve a special mention too they are polite, efficient, and set a welcoming tone for the practice. Overall, I highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team. I will definitely be returning!”

By April there was significant improvement. Through treatments, exercises prescribed and lifestyle changes I am 95% improved, needing occasional treatment. “My experience of FUE Clinics was everything that I had hoped for, from my initial consultation with Jeremy, he was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding the FUE procedure. Jeremy really does care about the service they offer. When I arrived at FUE Clinics, I was greeted by Lee who made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. Lee showed me around the state of the art clinic and made sure I was okay, I was then invited into the waiting room to wait for the procedure to start. The waiting room features an approximate 30-40 inch flat screen tv, large amounts of various snacks and beverages, multiple sofas so that you can relax while the team get everything ready for you and the waiting room was covered with privacy glass so you are able to relax in private but not feel completely shut out from everything! After filling out some necessary forms, I was then asked what I would like for lunch, I chose the chicken arrabbiata and a lovely biscoff type dessert which was delicious!. I changed into the appropriate gown which was given to me and then met Dr Kremer who was my surgeon for the day. Dr Kremer is the embodiment of a professional and is extremely skilled in what she does. It was now time to start the procedure and also where I met the lovely Louise, Morgan, Natalie, Cleo and Lyndsay. Each of these girls made me feel extremely relaxed and also very excited for the procedure to begin !. Dr Kremer explained everything with exceptional detail and listened and alleviated any of my concerns and worries, the first part of the procedure was actually very relaxing to my surprise and on a few occasions I nearly fell asleep!. Once this was complete, it was time for lunch, where Lee took me back to the waiting room to relax and enjoy my food, which was impeccable. Lee also made sure I was okay and that I felt relaxed, which meant a great deal to me. Following on from this, it was time to start the second part of the procedure. During this part I was able to comfortably watch and listen to the tv in the operating room. There was an array of channels to choose from so there is definitely something for everyone. Dr Kremer and the girls explained what was going to happen now and again answered any questions that I had before we began. This part of the day was just as relaxing as the first part. Any questions I had whilst the second part of the day was ongoing were answered by Dr Kremer and the girls. Their professionalism and patient care is truly outstanding. You are able to relax and watch tv or even attempt to fall asleep if you so desire. Once the second part of the day was complete. It was time for a quick break before beginning the third and final part. The final part involved inserting the grafts. I was also invited to view some of the grafts prior to starting which is definitely something I would recommend!. During this part you are able to close your eyes and relax or continue watching tv. Any questions you may have are welcomed and answered by the team so that you can relax as much as possible. Personally I would say this part of the day took the longest, however I personally found this part to be the most relaxing and even enjoyable!. After all the grafts were inserted. It was time to get bandaged up. Again the girls were absolutely fantastic with this and ensured there was no discomfort when applying the bandage. Throughout the day I was given painkillers which really do kick in. Once it was time to leave, I was met by Jeremy who kindly gave me some essentials, this includes, a neck pillow to help with the travel back, detailed post op instructions, painkillers and some essential antibiotics. Jeremy truly does care about the service they provide and is always just a call or text away. Any worries or questions you may have post op, Jeremy is there to answer them and help. He also asked me to let him know when I made back it home, which I feel is real dedication to making the patients feel looked after. I’d highly recommend FUE Clinics, you won’t be disappointed!, Thank you to everyone at FUE Clinics. Amazing work!”

“Excellent chemists They did not have medication in stock and there was a possibility it might not be there before I went on holiday. Pharmacist suggested I went back to GP’s to get the prescription changed so that they would be able to dispense medication in time. “I just want to say a massive thank you to Ian Marie and the rest of the dedicated members of staff that looked after our super special neurotic Cupcake yesterday before during and after her operation because she was SUPER stressed Marie gave Cuppy her pre med to settle her straight away on arrival even delaying her arrival so she didn't have to wait getting more and more stressed waiting for her operation Ian performed her operation and then she was constantly monitored during recovery (Cuppy is a French Bulldog with severe breathing problems and doesn't settle anywhere but her home) I was informed regularly informing me how she was doing. I am SUPER IMPRESSED with Cupcakes and my treatment I have been attending this clinic since it started they have constantly taken care of my numerous dogs during this time but because Cupcake is a very demanding needs dog they all went even more than above and beyond with her care!!! All that's left to say is THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING EXCELLENT CARE OF CUPCAKE.”
