“Can’t understand why this hospital has such bad reviews on Google. I have used Spire Little Aston on a few occasions and the staff have only ever been friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The hospital itself is quiet, calming, and immaculately clean. The only complaint I can make is it can be difficult to find a parking space during busy periods. I find it easier to get a train to Blake Street Station and walk from there.”

“I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lovely Indian lady at reception today — she wore a head covering and carried herself with such grace and warmth. I asked for my mother’s medical summary and a few other documents, and she provided exactly what I needed, promptly and politely, without any unnecessary delay. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, especially in contrast to the usual experience at reception, which can at times be less than satisfactory. “Nothing but exceptional care was provided for me during my lengthy admission with baby. From the HCAs, to the nursery nurses and the mental health nurses. They will be your biggest supporters. Something that stood out for me was that, although the staff were on top of their game helping us all on a 9 bed ward, they still give you all of their time on an individual basis. I've been on other wards and to review this ward is worth my time. You can tell their heart is there and want to come back each shift to help us. Any complaints are dealt with appropriately and professionally. Anything less than 5 stars is inaccurate. Chamomile provide quality care and a compassionate environment.”

“This is the third practice I've been with in my life, and this is by far the best one I've known. The reception staff are very polite and friendly, and always make you feel welcome, Dr Saleem is excellent and always makes you feel heard, understood and truly listens to all concerns, which is rare in my experience with some doctors. The nurse is also brilliant, I've had several blood tests there for various issues and while I have no issues with needles, she's very nice and makes you feel comfortable. It's also relatively easy to get an appointment when you need it here, you honestly wouldn't know the NHS was struggling with how well-run this surgery is. Thank you all!”
