“I had a laptop and phone repaired this week. Not only was the price extremely competitive ( The lowest around by far ) They not only fixed my laptop but cleaned the fan inside and cleaned the screen and keyboard on my laptop plus the outside of it too. The guy who runs the shop is very pleasant and helpful. From now on I will use this shop for any Repairs i may need to any computer and phone I have. Best company I have ever used. Even rang the guy up the next day to thank him for how Thorough and conscientious, he was with the work he did for me.”

“Fantastic and helpful. I bought the part over the phone and Maj sent it straight away. No fuss or bother. The part was a gear selector for a Mercedes c class (w203). I have fitted it and it works great. I tried a few different places to get one but only Mercedes Benz Autos were helpful enough and at a decent price. Thanks for helping me get the car back on the road. I will definitely use you for my Mercedes parts from now on.”

It was fixed around 2 weeks after i had brought it in, which was very convenient as i needed it for something i have planned. Overall, great customer service! “I’m happy to have the opportunity to write another review for this excellent company. A year ago, I purchased three new kitchen appliances and a Quooker tap from Macphersons. I needed a new filter for the tap and I had a very minor issue with a decorative metal strip covering the shelf edge between two ovens. I spoke to Allen who had assisted me with the purchases. He advised the filters are supplied direct from Quooker. I ordered the filter online; it arrived by post in 3 days. I emailed Allen to let him know the filter had been delivered. A couple of days later Adrian telephoned to check if I would be at home at midday as he was able to slot me into his schedule for the day. As good as his word, Adrian arrived on time and within fifteen minutes had refitted the metal strip and changed the filter. He also realigned the split doors on my fridge-freezer. The man is a kitchen fitting wizard. My thanks to all the staff at Macphersons for their unfailing support. I cannot fail to be impressed by a company who has staff like Adrian who has been with the company for 28 years. They don’t turn their backs on their customers when there’s an issue. In today’s climate excellent customer service, informed product knowledge and amazing fitting skills provided by a local company make Macphersons my first and only choice.”

“I needed a car daylight running bulb for my Vauxhall Astra. Two members of the team, Hayley and Lawrence were brilliant. They helped me find the correct bulbs and Lawrence helped me to fit the bulb in my car too. The shop was an extremely pleasant and speedy transaction. “Great service, from the purchase in store, to washing machine delivered and fitted in 24 hours. The delivery men polite and helpful, no moaning bringing washer up the stairs, unlike Curry's who I used for another item earlier in the year who I would never use again. All packaging taken away and then Julian came round to connect the washer and remove and dispose of old machine, he covered the stairs and made sure there was no mess or water leaks, identified a plumbing issue which he fixed and then helped me do the first cycle advising me on how to take care of the machine in the future.
