“We had a lovely time thank you. We went for the Tom Shepherd Best Ever pie and it didn’t disappoint. Our server, Toni, was friendly and helpful and gave recommendations when asked and helped source my elderly mother a smaller meal via the children’s menu. We have only been here before years ago for my brothers birthday. My brother used the pub regularly. To be honest I don’t know why we haven’t used it more. Maybe we will now. Thanks to all. The food and service were great.”

“Husband visited the shop in Birmingham having travelled from Bristol as wanted to try before buying. He tried for size but not in the suit he wanted and all was good. The 3 piece arrived by courier 2 days later but jacket and waist coat far too small. Sent the 2 pieces back and they were altered to fit at no extra cost and posted back within days. Such excellent service and definitely recommend. Nothing was too much trouble”

“I was on the lookout for a budget friendly compact stroller that was easy to take on holiday along with something that would fit nicely in my car as I have a tiny boot. I popped into jolly tots for the first time and must say the customer service is fantastic, I asked for some help and the lady (unsure of name sorry) was lovely, she didn’t pressure me into buying an expensive item which they usually do in baby stores and she was honest in saying the difference between the cheaper pram and more expensive one which was nothing, they folded the same. I was unsure of whether this pram would fit in my boot and she even went to the extent of carrying out to my car and testing it out! Ended up buying a baby swing chair and some other things at fantastic prices! Will definitely be returning and have recommended to my friends. Keep up the good work, very hard to find stores that are not money hungry but actually wanting to help the customer find the perfect item. Also thank you for helping me carry out our items to the car and thank you for a great experience xx”

“19/12/2025 - Was at the King's arms again yesterday. We was seated straight away and the food was, as always, absolutely delicious. Freshly cooked and well presented. We both ate well and the staff were friendly and professional. I have been numerous times and the food is consistently good. I would highly recommend this establishment with confidence. There has only ever been one deviation from the excellent service and this was rectified by Veena who couldn't have been more helpful. Do yourself a favour and go and eat there.”

I used to go to Farzana’s for years, but their service has really gone downhill recently. I decided to try Parveen’s for the first time — and I was immediately converted! The lovely lady at the reception desk was so welcoming. I was seen straight away with no waiting time, which was especially impressive considering it’s almost Eid. They had a brilliant ticketing system in place to manage clients efficiently. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was lovely and incredibly thorough — I was genuinely impressed with the care she took. When I went to pay, the receptionist gave me a loyalty card (such a thoughtful perk!) and even took my number to send me special offers via text. On top of all that, the threading was only £5 — such a bargain these days! I never usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was truly deserved. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!”

Whoever I spoke with then was really helpful and assured me that a trip from south west wales would be worth it. And absolutely it was-just the experience I had hoped for!! We were greeted and served by Jacob who went above and beyond in every way. He was patient and understanding when my almost 10 year old was making decisions. He was able to answer every question and made the whole experience just amazing! I would totally recommend a visit here as opposed to buying offline-especially if you’re looking to custom build a scooter! Please thank Jacob (again) for all his support and guidance”
