Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. “Ordered some disposables vapes from what I thought, looked like a very reputable shop. After realising that my order has been marked as delivered, which was not the case, I decided to email the store with my order number. They then replied to me, after they had checked with Royal Mail, stating that I had apparently, collected it from some post office which was 50 miles from my address. I emailed them again with a screenshot to let them know that they’ve got the tracking number wrong, as it was different to the tracking number that they had provided originally. This was 15 days ago, still no reply and still no parcel. Update: Turns out a typo caused me to give the wrong order number to start so seems like the fault is on my end. Just spoke to the store via call, and was well and patiently received. Still have not received the order but looks like it could be resolved.”

“The customer service here is absolutely brilliant. If you are unsure or struggle finding parts on the website, simply give them a call and they will be happy to help. Believe I spoke to Andy but not completely sure, however he was very polite, found the parts I needed before I could even finish my sentence and arranged payment and delivery over the phone. Delivery can take a few days depending on what you order or where items are stored but they do inform you of any potential delays, extra time needed before you buy. Parts are good quality, they offer low priced replica items as well as original parts so depending on what you want there are options to save a bit of money. Would highly recommend this company and have been ordering from them for around seven years now without issue or regret. Thanks racing planet, wish you all well”

Staff at this location have worked here for years so I think that the manager must be running a nice working environment for them or we would see staff changes as we do at some other stores .”

“My husband and I bought a bungalow in Solihull. The work included the construction of a kitchen and a large porch extension, renovations and modernising throughout and a new bathroom. We were very happy with Graham and his building team. They worked everyday through the winter and added the large kitchen extension that created a wonderful open kitchen space with fantastic bi-fold doors leading into the garden.
