“I came here last week with a few friends and I have to say this place is a hidden gem. 1st time here and I was blown away by the food, service and dining experience. The food was bursting with so much flavour, being from a Bangladeshi background I am very particular about my curries and have high standards and can say they delivered. The waiter knew the menu and recommended some dishes for us. We ordered a king prawn garlic Jhinga, lamb bengal naga (absolutely delicious) and chicken sag special. Make sure yiu have the signature rice that was something different and went really well with the curries. Overall excellent service and food at a very high standard. Will definitely be coming here again.”
“This is a truly authentic Moroccan restaurant, food is delicious and the owner very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our evening there.”
“Excellent food again. Never had a complaint over many years. Authentic food, excellent value”
“Had an opportunity to go to this restaurant to eat last night. The food was delicious. Cooked to perfection, the service provided was exemplary, the prices were very economical. My daughter's ordered wraps and burgers and they were amazed at how delicious they were. I ordered a beef platter with a chips as a side. The beef was cooked to perfection with caramalised onions and a pepper sauce. The beef strips were lovely and succulent, not chewy at all, the spices were just right. The waiting time for the food was just right, it was well worth the wait. We needed to say our prayers and the management very easily accommodated us and we're very welcoming. I would highly recommend this lovely place to everyone.”
“Hands down the best at what they do. Fantastic food and service. The restaurant is clean and nothing is too much trouble.”
“Noels Bar – Best Italian Restaurant in Birmingham! Noels is hands down the best Italian fine dining spot in Birmingham. It’s a shame the location isn’t more central because I truly believe more people need to discover this hidden gem. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was elegant, and the service from Wicktoria was outstanding – she made the whole experience for my mom even more special. Highly recommend!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited Mellow’s Bar & Restaurant on Saturday and had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavour, well portioned, and clearly freshly prepared. Drinks were spot on too. What really made the visit special was the service. Big shout-out to our waiter DeeJay – friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure we were looked after from start to finish and added such a positive vibe to the evening. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Mellow’s to anyone looking for good food and good energy.”
“A fantastic place with impressive traditional Persian interior design and great food! The waitresses are polite and reserved. We are also generously served complimentary (free) Persian rice pudding.”
“First time visiting here for food with friends, and I was not disappointed! Food portions were generous, served hot and full of flavour. Atmosphere was chilled and laid back. Full of people from all walks of the community. I will definitely be back!”
“I was told of this place by a friend and thought I would check it out. The decor is nothing to shout about as it is a local pub and is a bit rough & ready but the food is on another level. Since my first visit, I have been a few times now and have always chosen the Lion Special Family Grill which has never let me down. The thing that amazes me is the speed at which the food comes out. I don’t think I have had to wait more than 10-15 minutes before the food is at our table. The naan breads are made fresh and are lovely and soft. The masala fries and momo’s are also very good. There is plenty of choice on the mixed grill with a choice of seekh kebabs, grilled chicken, fried fish, fried prawns and some lamb chops to top it off. We always have some left over to take home. The price is also very good as it will cost you no more than £40 for a family of four. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work guys!”
“Amazing, unique food and really great atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses are really attentive and friendly. We had a lovely evening here and have booked to return soon!”
“Visited whilst in Birmingham for the Commonwealth Games. They have a lovely terrace which is a must on a sunny day. We sat just inside so had the best of both worlds. The food was delicious and well cooked. The service was impeccable and staff were fantastic. The chef's choice of cheeses were amazing. It was a lovely treat.”

“Charming little pub, very handy for the station. Nice staff, cosy atmosphere. Perfect for a quick pint if your train is delayed, or just a stop in for some food and chilling.”
“The entree was AMAZING ☺️ Very friendly atmosphere. The staff accidentally flipped the open sign 20 minutes early because they were cleaning, but let us sit inside reviewing the menu while they finished opening. It's a hidden gem with great food, worth checking out. Only downside was parking, it's really limited out front, the near by supermarket parking is too short a duration, but the menu mentioned restaurant parking at the rear, though we didn't confirm how much was there ourselves.”
“Delicious chicken burger, not sure about the kimchi, though. It wasn't to my taste. Service was accommodating and efficient. Key lime pie was also delicious. Large portions. Would definitely come back.”
“Boss man is great and the food is amazing and brilliant prices. We eat here everytime we are in the area.”

“From start to finish, my experience at Turknazz was fantastic. The complimentary bread and sauces were a delightful way to begin the meal—fresh, flavorful, and a great introduction to what was to come. The food platter was absolutely phenomenal, beautifully presented, and bursting with authentic Turkish flavours. To top it off, the complimentary Turkish delights were a sweet and thoughtful touch. The service was outstanding throughout. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It's clear they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommended!”

“Visited with family. We were given a separate room. Mandi was delicious and I loved the complimentary soup. The taste was good and the presentation. It gets very busy, service was not that bad. I had a look around the kitchen area, hygiene could be improved. Overall good food and good prices l.”
“Authentic Lebanese & Moroccan Flavours! This restaurant truly captures the essence of Lebanese and Moroccan cuisine. We ordered two platters—one chicken and one mixed meat—and both were full of rich, authentic flavour. The food was beautifully presented, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Great service, warm atmosphere, and a genuine taste of tradition. Highly recommended!”
“Restaurant is now called Amed. Went with family, food exceded expectations. Nice, clean restaurant with separate family side. Lovely staff. We tried many dishes: lamb quzi, dolma, sea bass, shawarma, chicken tikka, chicken shish, chicken wings, beans, okra rice and lots of salad. Favourite dish was the dolma. Beans are delicious too. Very generous portion sizes and fantastic value. Chicken wings and sea bass were a bit too lemony for our taste. 5/5.”
“I had a fantastic experience at Kemal Pasha Restaurant in Birmingham. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The atmosphere is cosy yet vibrant, perfect for both family dinners and gatherings with friends. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with care, and you could really taste the authenticity in the Turkish and Mediterranean flavours. The portions were generous, and the quality was outstanding for the price. The service was excellent too – friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Overall, Kemal Pasha is a real gem in Birmingham.
