“I ordered my favourite Toffe Nut Latte and it was nice. The service was not too bad at all. The store is clean and with plenty of seating as it was not that busy. Toilet was not too bad. Nice and compact branch.”
“The staff are some of the kindest, friendliest and patient people I’ve met. I will be honest I’m a frequent visitor to this Starbucks and the team always have a smile on their faces and offer the best service. I get making coffee of various forms is long and can take time but the staff always are kind and apologetic if needed. The music playing always makes me smile and the staff seem to have a laugh and support each other. I come back to this Starbucks for a reason. Well done team!”
“I celebrated my 60th birthday here on 9th July together with my large family. We had 'the best time' The staff were exemplary and nothing was too much for them to make this occasion a special and memorable one for us. We all said that we felt as if we were on holiday somewhere in Africa. Great atmosphere both inside and out. Super place to enjoy a few hours and of course with great food and drinks!! Thank you so much to all the Akamba staff!!”
“Good food reasonable. Excellent friendly staff”
“Friendly service, very polite and good decent food for an average price, a large selection of sandwiches, they have an all day breakfast served until 2.30pm and the hot drinks are good. Overall 5* for this hidden gem.”
“We had a wonderful breakfast today, very good for the money! Highly recommend and would go again if we happen to find ourselves in the area.”
“Always enjoy a visit to Caffè botanico. Staff always friendly and attentive. The soup was lovely. Hot chocolate also very hot. Would recommend.”
“I frequently order from here. Absolutely beautiful sandwiches”
“This lovely Costa is located just inside the main entrance of Melbicks Garden Centre. As with the garden centre dogs are welcome and there are seats where you can safely sit with your dog. Weather and inclination permitting, you can even sit outside in the fresh air. A great visit.”
“DOG FRIENDLY. Great that this place was open on a Sunday morning. Good coffee. Clean, contemporary interior. Good coffee served in tasteful ceramic cups. I'm so pleased there's a dog friendly place where I can bring my dog for a coffee in this part of Birmingham.”
“Went here with my daughter for lunch, I must say the food was really good and so were the mojitos. We ordered the leader meals x2 Chicken burger with mexicano fries and raspberry red bull mojito, spicy bean burger with cajun chicken fries and a morracan suset mojito. Can not fault anything. Even the really nice girl who served us was very polite and friendly. Would definitely go back again.”
“Honestly makes my morning coming here , the team are so friendly , massive shout out to Jess the manager , so very kind , she has donated towards my grandsons memorial charity we do every year , she really is a beautiful kind soul , you are very lucky to have someone as amazing as her to work in your store.”
“Took my Dad today and had such lovely service. The girls were so busy and despite this were so happy and helpful. It was a girl with tattoos in particular and I also saw her come away from the counter to help an elderly couple choose a sandwich from the fridge which I thought was so lovely”
“I came in the other day to order a cappuccino and a croissant and was greeted and had my order taken by a young lady called Amelie. She was friendly, welcoming and talked me through my milk options due a recent diagnosis of lactose intolerance which i was pleased to have accommodated (i was not aware of the options and was pleasantly surprised).”
“Cute cafe and I loved my strawberry shortcake shake with coconut milk, only downside was the paper straw which wilted. Great milk alternatives though! :)”
“With Sainsbury's Cafe closed the Starbucks Drive Thru is the only place at the Maypole to have coffee. They rushed the toastie last time I was there. But usually ok. Near 50, 49 and 2 bus routes.”
“Chloe truly made my day. Her behaviour was extraordinary — so warm, kind and professional. She went above and beyond, and now I’ll be coming back just for her! Excellent customer service.”
“Lovely starbucks staff very friendly and helpful toilets facilities in cinema seating indoor only range of food and drinks available quick service”
“It's been four years since I've been to England and alot has changed in this lovely city of Birmingham. My husband introduced me to this delightful tea room, the service was fantastic and the food was amazing. I never though I could eat Belgium waffles without having to take a dairy-pill (recently became lactose intolerant) but they have vegan friendly options and very fancy drinks. Weather you're a resident or a tourist, I highly recommend this place if you like sweet and , surprisingly, savory meals!”
“Absolutely outstanding service. The staff is very professional, caring and friendly.”
“Great ttaditional cafe. Friendly staff. Proper cafe for the working class, loved it”
“A very pleasant Costa cafe in the Next store. Good food and service.”
“A lovely restaurant, the staff were friendly and helpful, loved the atmosphere, the singing along to the radio and the old songs gave it full ambience. The restaurant felt very welcoming, and relaxing, and the food was to die for! Having travelled afar over the years, we all said that this was the best for food that we’ve eaten, the mega breakfast was mega, and my god it was a joy to eat it, the paninis were also delicious, and this establishment is certainly one we will visit again.”
“Myself and 2 children visit the centre regularly. There is a 'street' for role play and a massive soft play to keep them entertained for hours. Would recommend booking in advance especially if school holidays/raining. Food and drinks are good quality and they have various offers to get the most out of your money (coffee and cake, sharing hot food platters). Added bonus, unlike many centres we have been to, the adults are allowed to play in the soft play with their children!”
“Brilliant service at Evan’s in House of Fraser, Sutton Coldfield. I was helped by Dan (the store manager) and Jake, who were both really knowledgeable and gave me some great insight. Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.”
“I called here with my friend - I had never been served chai but my friend had a cup and I had the Karak coffee. We were both impressed by the menu and presentation and service. This outlet is really nice and the food looked excellent - I would call in again. Always a bonus - a clean loo! I've given five stars for our first visit here. There is a takeaway menu. Altogether very nice and clean and comfortable.”
“Very fast service and nice cosy place. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that my order was taken accurately and quickly. The outdoor seating area was clean and spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs to choose from. The indoor seating area was also well-maintained, with comfortable seating.”
“We ordered vanilla cold coffee and strawberry shake. Both were awesome. A guy named “Ray” served us . He was lovely.”
