“We were looking for somewhere to have a light lunch and several people directed us to various places within reasonable distances, it was the last person who sent us to Caffe Minno and we were so glad as the person serving us was so friendly, listened to what I needed and as I was unable to climb stairs, directed us to the nearest disabled toilets which we could use. Whilst out, our meals were made and on our arrival back to the table, our meals were promptly provided. I was impressed, normally when I ask for something, I find that they've added items but I'm pleased to say. I was provided with exactly what I asked for, no worries about what the ingredients were or whether they've added spices or pepper during the cooking (you would not believe the number of places that, dispite you telling them you cannot have pepper as you are allergic to it, still add it or do something else and you end up frustrated and annoyed that they have failed to listen to you. Caffe Minno did listen and prepared my lunch exactly as I requested, thank you so much. We both enjoyed our meals and really appreciate the hospitality from both of you. Our experience in the Caffe Minno was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend you go here if you have the opportunity, as they catered for my needs. The food was well cooked, portion size was good and it was hot, which considering we went out and our food was still hot, to me shows that they cared about the quality of their food, their service and most importantly, their customers. My husband had the all day breakfast and if I were able to have eaten it, I would have done, as it looked very nicely cooked and the presentation of our meals was very nice. Thank you for giving us a truly memorable experience. It was very much appreciated.”

“Staying on the travel lodge upstairs. Had bacon sandwich and large latte. The coffee is lovely much better than some big brands and the sandwich was lush. My egg was runny and bacon crispy. Highly recommended. I ll be back again defo my new fav cafe in town”

“Located ‘airside’ in departures but near gates 1-15, not in the main departures area, so not as busy as some of the other outlets. Drinks exactly as you’d expect from Costa.”

“I had an awful experience yesterday my car broke down at the window. All the staff was so lovely and helpful especially a lovely boy called Jayden who even got his mum to help out. Absolutely lovely they were. And then another worker I didn’t get the name of…closed the drive through down today. Till it was picked up. So very helpful. Thanks you to all those who helped me. “Myself, my wife, 4 year old son and 8 month old toddler went here for lunch today, I had the tuna melt, wife had jacket potato and son had the kids packed lunch. Food was unbelievably good, staff were super friendly and a great little cafe in the perfect location.”

“went in on Saturday with the wife obviously the place needs some TLC but we had a friendly welcome the Guinness was ok and it's nice to see the place still open and not turned in to a HMO or a shop ...2 many pubs closing all the time let's hope this one ain't next”

“I came in today around 1 pm with my friend for a quick coffee and a sandwich. We received a warm welcome and the girl that served us was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We mentioned that we are in a hurry and she made sure our coffee and food came on time, which helped us out a lot! Will probably visit the place again as we loved the atmosphere. The food was also delicious! Very happy to give 5 stars.”

“This is a lovely Starbucks located in The Fort shopping park. It's tidy, clean and has the usual things Starbucks normally has. The staff here are wonderfully helpful and friendly and really make it a great space to have a coffee and do an hour or so of work. Would recommend a visit.”
