“Despite my parent’s dog being registered locally with another veterinary practice and me ringing during their opening hours expressing concern that the dog needed to be seen urgently, I was declined an appointment. I was left ringing round and Shepherd’s Vets came to the rescue with an Out of Hours appointment at home to sadly put to sleep their dog. The visiting vet and nurse were compassionate and caring and I can’t thank them enough for their support during what was a difficult and heartbreaking position. The only vets locally to do home visits and I will transferring my cats to their care to ensure I don’t have a repeat experience of being declined an appointment in a pets hour of need!”

“Cosycott looked after our two cats Dash and Dobby, Jenny the owner was absolutely lovely and messaged us frequently with updates. Dash has to have medication twice a day and Jenny made sure he had it and messaged to let us know. The cattery is very clean and tidy, nice space for the cats. Dobby isn't the friendliest of cats, a bit of a naughty tortie but Jenny still thought she was lovely. They came home happy. It's really nice to be able to go into the cattery and get the cats settled and the same when collecting them. Really safe cattery, felt at ease with Jenny and will definitely use this cattery again! Thank you so much!”
