Taking our beloved dog there knowing she was going to have her last breath at the waterfront vet centre was so upsetting but the staff were so empathetic and could not do enough for us! Even a little card a week later expressing their condolences. Couldn't rate them highly enough!”

“I’ve been here twice now and the service has been top notch. The reception team make you feel welcome and made a big fuss over my cat Rosie. She has been for her initial jabs. A few weeks ago for the first with Helen who really looked after her gently. And today with Kay who administered the second jab and a chip, again really gently with her. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this practice. From the team on reception to the vet and nurse I had the pleasure of dealing with you’ll get first class treatment.”

“Our elderly cat was a patient of AK Duncan for 18 months after we adopted her. She suffered from both thyroid issues and kidney failiure which meant she required regular vet visits and blood tests. Hannah was our primary vet and although our cat was an angry and difficult patient at times, she was always treated with gentle care and patience. Hannah did everything she could to provide options and care to prolong her life, comfortably and informed us of all options. Sadly we had to say goodbye to her a few weeks ago and again, although incredibly painful, Hannah went above and beyond to make it as comfortable and as dignified as possible. It was clear that she was invested in our family and our situation which was a huge comfort.”

“I just want to say a massive thank you to Ian Marie and the rest of the dedicated members of staff that looked after our super special neurotic Cupcake yesterday before during and after her operation because she was SUPER stressed Marie gave Cuppy her pre med to settle her straight away on arrival even delaying her arrival so she didn't have to wait getting more and more stressed waiting for her operation Ian performed her operation and then she was constantly monitored during recovery (Cuppy is a French Bulldog with severe breathing problems and doesn't settle anywhere but her home) I was informed regularly informing me how she was doing. I am SUPER IMPRESSED with Cupcakes and my treatment I have been attending this clinic since it started they have constantly taken care of my numerous dogs during this time but because Cupcake is a very demanding needs dog they all went even more than above and beyond with her care!!! All that's left to say is THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING EXCELLENT CARE OF CUPCAKE.”

“Both vets and nurses and admins are very friendly. Took my rabbits here for joint dislocation treatment, GI stasis and serious wounds. They took the appointment very quickly and I'm glad I changed to this vet from another. The joint dislocation treatment went very well and my rabbit is now fully healed (The successful rate in general of this type of treatment is not high, and there were high risks of dislocate again). Being fully healed is totally out of expectation. He is happily jumping and running like nothing happened. You can see the love towards your animals from the vets' eyes. They are very passionate and listen to your concerns. They were willing to run extra tests just to make sure my rabbits are fine. All the risks, complications, how necessary (or not necessary) the meds/tests/treatments are, and costs were well explained. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely brilliant veterinary practice! First and foremost, they saved our dogs life after diagnosing a very rare condition and have been fantastic in helping us manage it ever since. From the minute you walk in, the staff on reception are welcoming and friendly and always help with queries and questions, scheduling multiple appointments, ordering medications etc. They were so patient with helping use the pet insurance as we make multiple claims a year, making our life so much easier and providing so much information for us when we wanted to establish which parts of his care we would use the insurance for. The vet nurses are very knowledgeable and always friendly, which makes you feel confident too. Finally, the veterinary team are the best we've ever. They explain everything really well, consider all the options, make great recommendations and really work to problem solve for us. We can't thank them enough really for everything the whole team have done and do for us, because we know without them, we wouldn't still have our beautiful boy with us.”

He is a complex & rare case with Systemic Lupus (causing liver issues), immune-mediated thrombocytopenia and steroid induced cushing's (causing hair loss and muscle wastage). She has tried everything and been a great support in his recovery. He is improving everyday with his treatment and we couldn't be more grateful.”

“I honestly couldn't recommend Fivelands Moseley more highly! My dog Bowie is a "frequent flyer" at the surgery and we really are treated like family. Bowie loves his visits to the vets as he gets loads of fuss from all the staff. The care he receives is second to none and this is very much prioritised over profit. When Bowie lost an eye 18 months ago, I was touched to learn that the costs for eye pressure tests were dramatically reduced so that these became an affordable standard part of an eye exam. Bowie now has his eye pressure checked during every appointment, and I'm sure this lowered cost has supported the eye care of many other dogs too. Bowie has also had two expert surgeries at Fivelands, which were very successful and life-changing for him (especially his BOAS surgery). We're so grateful to live so close to such a great surgery - we wouldn't go anywhere else (even if we move!)”

They are fantastic with them, understand that one is dog reactive & ensure the visits are stress free for both ours & other pets in at the time. If we have any worries time is made available for us to pop in, and the pups look forward to the cuddles & treats so are not at all nervous when we go. Highly recommended!”

“My dog Dede has been under the oncology team from January 25 to November 25, we have had weekly chemotherapy appointments and a three night stay in the hospital ward. I want to add that my dog is very well behaved and I am very particular with how she is treated - The Willows have been nothing but professional and caring towards my little girl and I could not recomend this place more and I have never been concerned about her care. A big shout out to Furgus and Bryn and the wider oncology team, but also all of the really caring nurses who have made our experience a positive one - The day my dogs nasty lymphoma reurns we will he refering back to The Willows. Might I add we travel from Leicestershire for this amazing place!”

“We've had a great experience with this practice and couldn't be happier with the care our pets have received. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, compassionate, and consistently go above and beyond to look after the animals in their care. An experience that really stood out was when our dog needed stitches after a bite. The vet managed to perform the surgery the same day, even though our appointment was later in the afternoon. We were so grateful for the responsiveness and dedication of the team. Special thanks to Lorraine, Jenny, and Zdena, who have all provided exceptional care to our dog recently. They were kind, professional, and took the time to make both us and our dog feel safe and well looked after. As pet owners, we always feel listened to. The staff makes sure to explain every option and never pressures us into unnecessary treatments, it's clear they care about the wellbeing of the pets more than anything. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming.”

“You get what you pay for, there is a reason it. Is called VALUE VETS, but saying that, the name doesent do it justice. It is a basic vets, but really your after the vets knowledge, not a fancy comfy seat in a waiting room? Very thorough the vet is here, will take time to. Check over everything and help you out with great advice as well. If I had to mark it down for anything and being picky here, I wasn't told that it would cost me additional to clear my dogs anal glands, I had to ask for a proper recipt..... But I am being a awkward git here, it just would of been nice to know first. All round, good vets will take my wonderful dog here again if required.”
